Sky broadband and line rental for new customers £180 + £75 cash back (£49 with tcb) first year

So sky are offering their broadband and line rental only for 15 a month, they give you £75 cash back and tcb give you £66. Delivery is a tenner so I make that £49 for the year. From what I can make out they include sky pay as you talk so you just pay for calls if you make any. Pretty good deal if there's no hidden extras I'd say.

My bad, I thought headline prices were not to include ANY cashback.
True do the TCO and then the bumper price... then we can see if its a deal... Thanks for posting anyway.
quidco offering 60.50 cash back on this deal and they match the difference if another cashback site offering more
What sort of broadband speeds are they promising?
I have a similar kind of deal and I went through the more reliable quidco. I have unlimited broadband. My wife and I stream at the same time and it works ok. But speed usually depends on how close you live to the main hub and the wiring in your property. The Sky in my area sometimes will drop for a few seconds though.

Probably OpenReach issues.

6-12mbs which might sound laughable to you but I live out in the sticks and that would be more than I get with talktalk.

The cashback from sky would be legally binding so you're guaranteed that, that's why I included it in the title.
I'd snap this up as we are moving into a new build in Jan and we are being told by open reach we cannot yet get fibre, however I can't select any delivery dates on the website past mid December
I want fibre broadband, bet they won't give it at that price with phone line
Who is cheapest for just fibre broadband a month ?????
There is a hidden cost, they added a £20 line change over fee (whatever that means) when I went to the checkout. Tcb has dropped by £6 now so add £26 to the years cost but still a good deal. most confusing checkout process I've ever seen tho.. They repeat the deals twice on each page as you scroll down and repeat things over and over again and state 2 costs, cost with deals and cost without, even the final invoice page lists both which makes me wonder what they're up to tbh. Also there's an option to pay an extra £20 for a different hub but no real explanation of the difference so I left it.

This is the most confusingly priced deal I've ever seen. So many numbers flying all over the place.

I signed up to this last night and didn't incur this line changeover fee you quoted.

I suspect it's something specific to you and your existing provider that triggered this.

It wouldn't surprise me if talktalk have found a way of getting money out of me for leaving them so you might be right.
jumpinoffthbed - should that be 'jumpinoffthebed'? Great deal but with all those add-on costs, which are typical of Sky who manage to find many ways of charging extra costs, I won't be going for this deal. Don't trust Sky or TalkTalk who are the same type of trader i.e. in truth, contempt for customers.

GazmoX - his maths (not math as in the USA!) were correct - who told you that cashback was not to be included? I know that cashback sites say they don't guarantee it, which may be why it should not be included. But I'm waiting to see a small claims court case, under the unfair trading terms in consumer contracts legislation, confirm that the point of using a cashback site is to get money back so its the basic essential in the contract and MUST be paid. You must be joking if you think Quidco are more reliable than Topcashback - I say the opposite.

Hello everyone, I was thinking about getting this deal last night but when I went into topcashback I realised that my account has disappeared with the 50 pound I had in cash back too, I have since read that if you don't log on for six months they can remove your acc so I am assuming this has happened. What I don't get is I had no warning this was going to happen also if I had of known I would have withdrawn the funds. Is there anything you can do
can't find the bit where sky give you £75 cashback... please can OP let me know how I get it!? thanks

slevinkelevra - e-mail topcashback who should have sent you a warning e-mail before they closed your account. If they don't pay up, tell then you will go to the small claims court - see my previous posting for details which you can give in your reply to them. Say you will seek full publicity to warn others. Then take them to court; I would. I think the case against them for not warning you and under the unfair trading terms legislation is very good. But I hope they will pay you and restore your account, which they probably will do.

I'd get in touch with them. I haven't used my TCB account for about 2 years but logged in fine on Black Friday when Quidco was down.

I've hit expire but nothing happened
Gotta say I find it odd that a years line rental & unlimited broadband for 50 quid doesn't get hot but 3 chocolate bars in poundland does lol
Contacted Sky and was told this deal ended on Dec 4
