I'm getting the same. As mentioned elsewhere, I think this offer has been kicking around for a while and I'm pretty sure I used a similar offer ages ago, so maybe it's only for those who haven't used it before

I had this and got round it by copying and pasting the actual voucher code manually. It's at the end of the query string in the URL (I seem to remember it's something like 'NOW30'. Copy whatever it is and stick it in the voucher code field in your NowTV account). Only works if you're eligible though

In my case there was a url that I had to type in - a new customer offer. Maybe this is slightly different though as others say, they’re copying the code from the url
