Sky garden attraction free tickets

Found 10th Aug 2015
There is a free viewing platform and public space at the top of the walkie talkie building in central London. Tickets are limited but usually released a week or so in advance via their website.

The views really are stunning and 360 degree although the outside viewing platform faces south towards the Shard and the Thames.

There are cafes and bars at the top if wanted but really worth just visiting for the views alone which are entirely free. Easily spend an hour or so wandering around and considering the shard is minimum £25 each it is a bargain and almost as high. It faces the Shard across the river so offers a great view of that too.

thanks that does not come up on my phone but no problems on a laptop many thanks

Don't take any drinks with you, as it's like airport security check when you go through the 'check in' bit. If you have any drinks on you, they make you empty them before letting you go any further.

Hi you'll need to take photo id so you wont be able to make names up. But I cant see any reason why you cant make multiple bookings or just use alternative email address.

Link is here for ease: https://skygardentickets.com/skygardenpublic_ui/filters/

Just seen this. No dress code. Casual was the order of the day when i went and shorts etc all fine its not swanky at all its a public garden so wear what you would going to the park. Have to say as well all the staff were really friendly and trying hard to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves even the poor girl in the lift that must have said her little speech hundreds of times but was still smiling and happy so credit to them. I left impressed and amazed it was free hence posting here but I think its a deal that was approved to obtain the planning permission for what is a rather odd building and is now famous for settling light to parked cars in the summer due to its unusual shape :-)

Not sure about the bar or bistros as they are within the roof gardens but no need to go in them if just there to take in the views from the viewing platforms.

Very nice find. Thank you for sharing. We went there last week. The view was amazing. I saw a baby in wheelchair so the 2 years old girl can go.
