not sure if you'd call this a deal. It's not always the same for everyone, some people end up having to carry it through to cancelling and get nothing.

Did you not get a Broadband On-net monthly discount of £5 when any Subscription product exists on the account?

So you think it’s worth shouting about :p:-D

The point he was making about SHOUTING was that all your text was in upper case, which in computer land is called SHOUTING !

you get £5 discount if you sign up to skytalk - replacing bt line rental with sky line @ £10ish a month.

from 01/03/09 £15 a month broadband. £10 with sky talk

I think what Sky have actually given you is the Sky freetime call package which is free which in turn will allow you to get Sky base broadband for free.

I'd log on to my Sky account and check what you have actually agreed to.

Speaking of good deals, I received a letter from Sky offering me an upgrade to Sky Sports and Movies for half price for 3 months.

There are three products, Sky Talk Freetime, Sky Talk Anytime and Sky Talk Line Rental. By saying you have Sky Talk could mean any of the three.
