Does that include the £12 a month multi room fee?
Just handed in my cancellation request now. Best they offered was £84 a month for Sky Q multiroom on full package, or £51 a month for full in one room.

Wait a day or so. I got a message on the Sky App after canceling for 50% off, so I contacted Sky via chat, asked for 60% off and £50 credit, which they agreed to.

Now I'm paying £34 p/m for everything except sports, with the 2TB box and Multiscreen.
Carphone Warehouse have an under the counter deal on just now for Sky fibre broadband. Cracking offer.

Totally customer dependent and having been a customer for 20+ years and with everything bar movies I have finally had enough of never being offered anything so fibre/tel moving next week and everything else cancelled in 3 weeks and absolutely nothing decent offered, well actually they offered £25 off so bringing monthly costs down to a mere £118 per month so Sky can go jump, will be tough to lose Sky hd recording facility etc. but is what it is, at least I know I am £1600 per year better off now!!!

That's my intention, unless I can get hold of a better deal from Currys etc.

Deals are customer dependant to a certain extent, but they will offer everyone a relatively good deal if pushed. If you want I can send you a link for 60% off, which live chat should be able to process.

Curry's deals are only good for new customers. I would definitely put notice in then keep an eye on the app as the will come back with a much better offer. Also, if you've got broadband with them, you might be able to get an instant discount on that(go to cancel broadband online, and if you're eligible, it will ask you to complete a questionnaire. Complete the questionnaire and they should offer to knock £10 p/m off your broadband)

Is this the app for mobile or is that the same as website offers?

It's the Sky Service app for mobile. If you already got the app, don't update it as it doesn't show the retention offer on the latest version.

Log in to your Sky first, then follow this link: https://secure.sky.com/promotions/offers/pending-cancel-12m-60-percent-off-ojt1/secure-offer

You'll probably have to live chat to get the deal, but it worked for me, and I already had a sizeable discount.

Thanks for posting but in reality this is still only worth a minimal amount i.e. Excludes sports, movies, multi room etc etc so in my case probably saving only ~£24 off the total £130+ monthly bill!

Best off just cancelling then, and wait for the 50% offer from Sky, it includes cinema and sports.

I've already cancelled, my point in posting was to ensure people don't think they are getting 60% off their actual package, as always with Sky nothing is as it seems and 60% off on the link actually works out, in my case, around 16% off instead!!
I got 40% off (total bill) plus £50 credit for everything bar sports inc multiroom and 1TB box, not the best deal shown, but not bad. I had to live chat twice to get this, first gent was not helpful! If I could have been bothered to go through security and the explanation another 12 times, I imagine I might have pushed more.
Got a 60% off letter and contacted Sky today, have already left for the Fibre/Tel but then had a huge runaround on the remaining TV part of my Sky package being offered one price on Livechat which i accepted (worked out around 60% off the entire package and brought bill down to around £40) and a £50 credit, then after accepting the offer the livechat guy told me he had made a mistake and it was actually another 22% more so needless to say I did my nut!!!! Long story short - ended up being offered Sky Q 2tb and 2x mini boxes for less than the price of the 2tb box and also with a full tv package for £40 pm on a 12 month contract - not bad in the end I guess but was getting pretty heated at one stage!

with Sky Q? those prices sound like without sky Q
I thought 60% (12 months) max on normal sky with possibility of £50 credit was best offer at mo. Sky Q 35% (12 mnths) discount but shove that as you tie into 18 month contract so will have full price for 6 months!!!

Not HD though and come on you want sport in HD plus probably have it in another room and it doesn't include that - its a marketing scam.
