Follow these steps and hopefully you can get it slight chance might not. If not keep trying again and again with different advisors.

1. Say you popped in a sky store and the man said he would the above package for £35 a month.

2. Then say you called up and the colleague said that " He checked with the manager and the manager said he can offer it to you for £30 a month".

Hopefully this will work. You get the new Sky Q 1tb Box with Sky Entertainment and Sky Sports in Standard Definition.

Good Luck😁

Thanks @Ehsan_Khan do you know what the contract length is?
How is this a deal ?
how much for hd?
Isn’t this just haggling? Not really a deal as such. You could equally go to purchase a £28k list price car and get an offer of £25k. You then say but ‘Steve’ offered me £24k
So you expect everyone to lie to get Sky that is not even worth £30.00. Why??
Been a customer for 15+ years and it says I have to pay £60 something for the Q 4k + £12pm and the box is basicly rented

Any idea how sky defines new customer? I had sky till 2 months ago but mrs never has been a customer. Can I get this as new customer or will sky look at the household as customer?

Should be able to assign to new customer.

We've recommended each other in the past prior to house moves. Sadly the days of high payouts for this seem to be over.
Ordered it a couple weeks ago with the Q mini box for multiscreen aswell £29 per mth as a come back to Sky offer 12mth contract
It's by name not household, I had been with sky 10 years and the wife got a better deal than I could (everything apart from movies and sports, line rental and unlimited fiber £38.45pm)
If its the 1tb box its not Ultra HD
Not sky q either btw
Offered entertainment for tenner pm on Q not set up costs,18 month, took it,may cancel before install ..?
Is there a haggling section where you can post this and be totally ignored?
Great deal! Thanks for the effort, it is helpful to many if not all.

We upgraded to Sky Q silver(the 2TB 4K capable box) for free. We have had full television package including all movies, sports and box sets for a pony a month for nearly two years now and they just keep extending it without me even ringing up to haggle.

So the only thing we pay extra is the additional mini box for the bedroom which is 12 quid sub but we very happy getting all that for 37 quid a month.

Bizarrely though they wouldn't offer us anything on phone n net so switched over to BT Infinity unlimited fibre last March, with pre paid Mastercard and Quidco that worked out less than 15 quid a month for a year, result

Ditto 15+ years, I recently got a 2tb skyq main box and 2 mini boxes for bedrooms for £50, i just pay normal multiroom £12/month as I usually was, it's a no brainer, sky is good if you can afford it, have tried iptv, zgemma etc but their not reliable, buffering during "big" matches, very frustrating.
say you post a proper deal, then say i get it !

Sky only resells slow bt internet. If you live in Virgin area , you can get much faster internet with no line rental . Sky does not have enough bandwidth on their dish to transmit 4k . So going dishless now.

Hi I spoke 2 retention’s and they offered me Sky Q 2TB 4K and mini box for £30 and £12 month. The box is now rented so you do not pay for repairs if it goes wrong. They also reduced the cost of my TV package so I’m now paying £6 less than before and that is including the £12 sky q cost! I have not got Movies or Sports and get the F1 channel for free.

But you download the vast majority of the UHD content and I thought the live UHD service was streamed rather than there being a dedicated 4K channel I should really know this seeing we got Sky Q but I don't though I can tell you there's a fair load of it on demand now.

Sign up to Sky rewards app and if you have been customer for over 15 years you are a platinum member and get 2tb sky q box set up for free, just need to pay for multiscreen.

It may be slower than Virgin but atleast you get your stated speed at all times rather than being throttled if you use too much data between 8am and 11pm (unless you pay extra for their gamer service). What’s the point of paying for faster internet if you get a slower connection if you dare try and use it

And Sky can broadcast 4K as they regularly do for sporting events, there just isn’t enough to make a normal channel worthwhile so special temp channels and on demand make more sense
I find going on 'chat' is where you can haggle a deal. Last month I got Sky Q 2tb box free and box sets and full sports package for £33pm. Hope this helps someone

Left Sky last October and moved to Virgin as got a corking deal

I had no interest in Sky Q in the earlier days and still not that bothered about it prefer the older Sky+HD as it's more stable in my opinion.

I personally wouldn't pay £12 for the Sky Q multi room as it's just streaming from main Q box in your lounge.
I much prefer a proper multi room box with its own planner and hard drive etc and this is worth £12 per month.
Sky is taking the piss charging £12 for what is nothing on there older Sky+ hd multi room format.

Got to agree with most people regarding Virgin Media fibre yeh it's fast ish when it's 3am but it is throttled to hell at peak times and the wifi is rubbish so basically worthless as who uses the net at 3am.

Sky Fibre Max I found to be good not amazing speeds but rock solid most of the times.
Never had BT fibre, did once order it as it was a cracking deal but BT completely ballsed up my order, wanted to charge my for items not applicable so I sacked them before it even was installed even tho they kept sending bills for months afterwards, compete joke of a company.

Went back to them for the first time in a good 10 years last March and been very pleasantly surprised how good the service is, can't complain at all

Bit slower this morning as it's usually around 70mbps but still a very decent speed for a tiny village in the middle of nowhere,
