The same promotion as available over Black Friday is back! Great for new customers or existing customers out of/ in final months of contract.

£25 per month (18 month contract) for Sky Signature and Ultimate TV add on which is Netflix and boxsets. Also includes SkyGO so you can take your shows with you on your mobile, tablet and laptop.

£20 install for the new Sky Q 1TB box. This allows you to record 6 channels at once and watch a 7th and record up to 500 hours of TV.

Total price over 18 months = 1 x £20 install + 18 x £25 which totals £470.

My contract was due to expire next month and I managed to get the retentions team to match this deal and waive the £20 install fee. They also added HD & Kids for £4 in total bringing the monthly cost to £29. The upgrade to a new Sky Q box also removes the risk of my old SkyHD box failing after 6+ years of use!

Undoubtedly some existing customers may have negotiated better deals after numerous calls and playing the cancellation option - fair play if you have. In the current climate this is a good price if you enjoy and regularly watch Sky TV and Netflix.

Boggles my mind that HD isn't just 'as standard' these days....
We cancelled our Sky TV Package recently - just have Sky Broadband now. They've been trying to get us to go back with a Sky Entertainment Deal for £13 per month for a year with the option of Cinema for £5 a month. We have NOW TV and we've also ditched the TV Licence.
Thing is price will go up in 1-2 months and there ain’t a thing ya can do about it, hook line and sinker!
I'm on a free Sky Q trial for 18 months & must say it's an impressive piece of kit.

The original link didn’t work. You will find the offer under the TV tab.
Bit steep with HD and kids, I’m paying £15 without the ultimate on demand but with kids and HD, I’m usually offered £10 a month for the ultimate on demand add on. You get better deals for cancelling if you’re an existing subscriber

Edit, I’ve had a few ultimate on demand free trials, 5 months worth in total, cancelling each time the 30 or 60 day trial has expired

£15.99 with BT plus the flexibility of adding and taking off Now TV packages. So a big fat cold.

How did you wangle that?
Avenue 5 is very funny. Some great performances from a really nice cast of English and American actors. Love Hugh Laurie's character changing constantly from American accent into English depending on who he's talking to, and Rebecca Front as a bossy American is brilliant, as usual.
I was with sky for years, always got great deals, last time around they didn't offer me a great deal despite negotiations and they could of easily kept me but got nothing. Not really missed the fee, product or programmes. Pretty stupid company really.

Probably by a few quid and you get a 30 day penalty free period to leave during that time.
You'd think sky are going to be desperate for subscriptions over next few months as their main product is suspended.

Sports subscriptions and advertising revenue will be right down. No doubt they'll be wanting money back from the leagues as well

Free offer when I bought LG OLED TV on Black Friday. Got Sky Q 1 TB main & mini box. Just had to pay £19 install.
Be better offers coming out when people start cancelling their Sports packages and their revenues down.

40104982-CBCwh.jpgManaged to get this deal of them today.
How long?
Good price, just the other day I got the following which I thought was good.
Sky Q UHD 1tb + mini, signature Inc HD / UHD, Netflix Premium 4K, all channels Inc movies, except full sports just F1, Sky Go, all at £42 with free instalation.
Stupid question probably. But does Sky still need a dish installation for tv? I’m tempted in just the tv package.

BT tv was the biggest mistake we ever made. Not a patch on sky q

Probably free with OLED TVs
I already had Sky Q 2tb and one mini-box and recently got this deal (after kicking off the cancellation process, of course):

It includes Netflix Premium (4k), and the April price rise (which in my case ended up only being a quid).

Note, i am with them for broadband (the ~65meg version) for £25/month.

I hope you're saying it ironically... Hugh Laurie is wasted on this role. It's literally toilet humour - 90% it's stuff about poo
Haha that it is. I like Armando Iannucci. It's quite a nuanced script, smarter than 90% of the stuff American produces.

Yep. Going up in April.
I'm cancelling I was offered the above for £15 plus sport for £12, I was originally offered it for £17 without sport, but I turned it down.

Was going to post the same. It's not as if they charge extra for UHD (or 4K) its technically for 720p. I think I pay £1 for HD. I've got the full package, mini box upstairs and pay around £62 a month. That includes my Netflix 4K subscription too.
Can you cancel in April when the prices go up?
Think mines going up £3 or £4 more than the rate of inflation surely.

For those who miss magic eye, you can buy an HDMI splitter and long HDMI cable to reach your second television eg upstairs.
Use a Bluetooth remote in the bedroom to control the box located downstairs (as a line of sight is not required).

I've done it for my mum and it works a treat. She can watch Sky downstairs and at night go to her bedroom and watch Sky.
No miniboxes required and no extra ongoing charge.

This deal is actually £15 a month. Just cancel and ask a friend who will recommend you to Sky. Both get £100 Mastercard credit. A real friend would give you their £100 card. An acquaintance may not.

Often I do a deal with a friend. He purchases Sky in my house and I in his and after contract we but in our own homes to avoid the surname checks. This time around they did not care about the same name!

Ok as a starting point, however I'm hoping to negotiate a better price in May when my contract is up
With 1TB Q BOX tou can record 3 programmes and watch 4th. With 2TB q box you can record 6.

That is still a lot of recording, however when I had my 1TB UHD box fitted the installer said they weren't doing the non-UHD installs anymore and I can record 6 programs. So always worth asking.

I’m pretty sure if they increase the price you can cancel your contract. I maybe wrong. You’ve placed doubt in my mind!
I canceled and is the best decision I made as there are now 0 sports. What a rip off it is. £25 doesn't seem a deal for basic channels and Netflix. I was paying £49 with two boxes on sky q sports and movies. They wanted £75 then £55 when I was canceling. Too steep for what you get these days compared to other formats
What if we want 2 boxes?
Switching to Freesat was one of the wisest spending decisions we made. The Humax box costs quite a bit up front but the long term savings are worth it. We miss the odd Sky show but you can often pick up Now TV passes for as little as £2.

I watched one episode, and didn't think it was very good at all. Didn't bother after that..
