Sky Sports £6 a month from TalkTalk

Thought this was worth posting to tell people so you can at least check your online account to see if it's being offered to you or even give them a call to see if you can get onto it although I am an existing customer. Go to My Account then hover over Extras and Offers then click on TV Boosts. Oh and you're only tied for a month and can cancel online without being grilled why.

How do you find the service from TalkTalk?

What content is available via the YouView box that isn't already available on Freeview?

I'm getting the entertainment extra package for £5 a month at the moment.http://s29.postimg.org/3m1m7herr/Screenshot_6.png

I guess now that btsport has the right s to the champions league for the next 3 years has alot to do with the sky sports being so cheap

Good deal that.

Really good price compared to sky.
Shame they don't do multi room .

been paying £15 a month through talk talk so cancelled it to try for this tomorrow. won't let me add it right now.

I can add it but with premier league drawing to a close it's not worth it so I'll pass

Good deal but already have sky sports need bt sports cheap!!

how r u getting that?is it £5 a month or a promo?

Entertainment Extra should be £10 it's half price for 3 months. The TV boost prices are cheaper if you have the TV plus package with you paying more a month for your phone broadband and tv service compared to the Essential package

We don't all watch football ;-) Good deal for the F1 !

Having just spent about 2 years with TalkTalk - Good value for money. Cheap, but you get what you pay for. They blamed the house on the poor internet connection and the internet kept dropping out. Back with Sky now (On the CPW offer) and haven't had any problems! Really depends what you're looking for. When I was with TalkTalk I negotiated in a 'Good Will gesture' to bring it to under £10 p/m for talk and BB (inc. line rental).

You're talking different technology though it's obvious a satellite dish is going to be a more reliable way of receiving a TV service you've just got to be patient while they manage to get things working and adjusted for you.

BT Sports is a better package from next year onwards. Better choice of Premiership games, decent coverage, and the only place to watch Champions League European Football next season. Will be leaving SkySports for good in a couple of weeks.

Sky is way better when it comes to watching the footy than BT.
Sky will still have more Prem games plus I enjoy watching La Liga.

BT may have the chumps league next season but they also have Michael Owen oO

BT is a total rip off i was going to join and including the connection they wanted nearly £50 before i'd even watched anything

Thanks OP, all 4 remaining Arsenal league games on Sky so a no brainier for me X)

No worries, didn't realise I was helping Gunners fans out though oO yuk

Great deal, expires 30th June so will have plenty of time to add this to your account. Not sure what Sky have to show next season though.

This is a great deal. Wonder if it stays at £6 when the new season starts.

or free if you have an android phone just download mobdro

Mobdro streams are rubbish and only fit for viewing on the small screen and even then disappointing.

I get pretty much every televised game including those that aren't showing in the UK but I pay for it.

Still a lot less than Skys charges....

Hot if you dont have kodi

If you can find a add on on Kodi that give you as good a picture without charge then you're a better man than me n I've used XBMC since it was still on a XBox!

Get Kodi on your PC/Android box/iOS (JB) and you don't need to pay these stupid prices!

I've had excellent experiences with them over the last 10 years. BT on the other hand are ****. Literally never experienced such awful customer service and still have ongoing issues since January that they still haven't resolved the call centre staff are the most dim witted morons you could imagine. Literally going to the ombudsman with my complaint as they can't sort it out. Avoid like the plague.

There's a new addon called IPTV, all sport channels are in HD.

Have any existing customers with the sky sports boost cancelled and then been offered it for £6?

Ahh, its not actually an add on then if it's want I'm thinking it is, its like Navi X but via PVR settings.
