Sky Sports complete (not HD) for only £13.75 per month for 6 months - no re-contract!

Found 26th Oct
You can receive all Sky Sports channels for only £13.75 per month instead of £27.00 for 6 months.

Offer is valid until tomorrow (so I was told), you will not have to re-contract either so can cancel whenever you want.

Personally, I thought this was a good deal, however adding HD for an extra £6 a month still frustrates me!

You can get the deal by using the Live Chat service or contacting sky via the phone.

it's actually £82.50

Is that the total cost or do you need to take a basic entertainment or box set package too

Yeah I also got this yesterday... they just did not add HD...need to buy box sets...

I would have thought you needed to have the basic entertainment package to qualify for this - which is around £20?

I have the basic package of sky t.v. but that one is free...i don't pay 22... so I think u don't really need any package...

I'm not aware of a free basic package, can you clarify?

On the website it states:

Sky TV
From £20 a month

So £13.75 for 6 months of Sport? Really...

Can anyone else confirm?

I am already a sky customer I got Variety package from them I pay £12.80 a month. I have a spare box upstairs which I had a multi room in can I get this for my spare box I would be willing to pay £13.75 a month but would I get all the free channels with this and would I be able to record sports channels on the Sky HD+ Box

Per month though right and not total?

I would think price will be per month as its £27.50 at standard price, £13.75 is a half price offer. It would be £82.50 in total for 6 months. Would be very surprised if you can purchase this by itself though without any other TV package.

Currently got Sky Q with box sets at £16/pm (purely for the additional HD channels).
The complete Sports Package is on the offer page at £20/pm for 18 months (I'm only interested in F1 so still not worth it).

Is the free package not just the freeview channels?

I have everything HD inc movies & sport for £40 a month, i know of others that have even a better deal than that. So sport for £13.75 non HD is no deal sorry.

Is this a misprint? Should the title not state ‘£13.75 per month for 6 months’ ?

This is the only good Sky deal...

I use NTV.mx to get F1 coverage and MotoGP,just pay 15Euro per month during the season, and there are many other sports/entertainment channels as well.

Difference being this deal is for everyone not just you

Great deal, managed to add it via live chat. Only had Sky since Sept so big discounts aren't available to me yet.

You have to call their downgrades team to cancel 31 days before it rolls onto full price in 6 months.

I have just cancelled my sky after being with them for 15 years as they do nothing but rip you off. I will give Virgin a go and purchase one of these gemma boxes as the cost is daylight robbery if you want a package with the sports channels on.

Is this better than paying full price for the subscription to sports?

May not be a hot deal but it is a deal none the less. Especially for customers like myself who want to upgrade to sports midway through their contract and not enter into a new contract because of it.
