New offer: Two football channels. One great price.

Get the best seat in the house with our new season offer - two dedicated football channels, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Football with HD now included as standard.

Enjoy over 500 games exclusively live, including 126 Premier League matches, plus EFL, SPFL and Carabao Cup action.
Community Updates
Here for £15 a month. Unlike nowtv you have to have a basic package with sky minimum £10 a month. So this is £28 and not £18. Cheaper with nowtv where you can just have sports on their own. There is a football deal £179 for 10 months so £17.90 a month and includes all the channels. Downside is you can't record

Beats me - I pay less than that for all sports channels (not just two) - and I didn't think it was much of a deal
VPN+IPTV.
Beats paying £200+/year to line the pockets of millionaire footballers.

Of course a contract , going rate seems to be £30 - £35 a month for All sports / Entertainment Box sets / HD etc hotukdeals.com/dis…193 .

I'm not clever - I'm over the top end of that deal at £37 as I couldn't be bothered with the mind numbing haggling this year - and life is too short (took their second offer ) . But £18 per month for JUST 2 Sports channels - do be serious !
If You watch some games and events only you can have this for free with vodafone sim only contract. Games can be steamed to tv via chromecast. After one year you geat all channels (first year only 2 channels).

Obviously I had assumed that this deal was about football on sky tv, silly me. Next time I'll be sure to post the same thing on a haribo tangfastics deal where it will be more relevant.

Plus £20 a month for entertainment which you have to have which brings it to £38 a month

The OP has a point. One is a TV deal which is with a legitimate source and the other might be available on tv using an App but is in a grey area (well not really). Also not everyone wants to stream because not everyone has a good broadband connection. Really no need for your sarcasm especially as the OP even acknowledged your point.

You should be happy that there are people willing to pay, without them you would have nothing to watch.

Indeed, but to claim my comment lacked relevance wasn't accurate. I suspect that the OP is somewhat aggrieved at the sub-zero nature of their deal, although it ain't cool to admit that, right?
Whilst I appreciate others paying for me, it could be argued that all they are doing is facilitating larger and larger TV deals. If the money dried up, would we be worse off? I certainly remember boxing being on free-to-air fairly recently as the PPV bubble had essentially burst, and it will again. Football isn't immune.
I've given heat for bringing this to everyone's attention. For me no additional contract (on top of basic Sky) is a big plus point of this deal, though I'd still be interested to hear if anyone has achieved these channels or the full package incl HD for less than £18, possibly on a retention deal?

It is about football, but you are trying to peddle theft and piracy. Oddly enough, not everyone is a thief.

It is what it is. I'm not gonna shed a tear for overpaid footballers when fans are being priced out of the game. As for sky, they deserve all they get as well

Yes appologies for the mix up
stoney7307/08/2018 17:59

As do your morals.

It isn't a question of morals. A counter-argument would perhaps question the "morality" of a footballer earning tens of times in a week what Joe average does in a year. Or, indeed, pushing money into a right wing news organisation's coffers...
So, it's all relative.
Anyway, you're boring me. Ta ta.

Ahh, so you would turn down a high paying job, doing something you enjoy, because it was simply too much money? Go on, pull the other one. If you're happy stealing sky sports, you'd no doubt put all your money in a tax avoidance scheme because of some other made up principle. You're a thief. No ifs, no buts. At least have the guts to admit it.

Ah, this is where your reading comprehension fails you. I didn't say that it was necessarily my counter-argument, I merely framed that as an example.
You also mention tax avoidance as if it's some sort of reprehensible thing - it isn't. If those in charge wanted tax avoidance to stop, they'd either close the loopholes or make avoidance illegal, as tax evasion already is. Those avoiding tax do so simply because they can. Technically, if you pay into a pension, you also "avoid" tax. Semantics, really.
Anyway, as much fun as this has been, I really must bid you adieu.

And despite all the fancy wordplay to justify the crime, you're still just a thief.
I've literally just today had a letter offering me the two football channels in HD for £15, so £3 less than this deal. No contract. It says for addressee only so I won't post as a separate deal but someone could use this knowledge as negotiation fodder I guess. My personal biting point is probably £10 but I'm sure I'll never get that.
