LOL!

Which store?

Does anyone know what is classed as a 'new' customer? I was with Sky 5 or 6 years ago, but have been with BT and TalkTalk in between.

Any idea if I'd qualify for this?

Yep, it's all mega easy and done for you now

You can get this anywhere they sell sky. Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Go Mobile, Sky street sellers. Great deal for anyone I think no matter where it comes from!

What sort of broadband is it in terms of the speed?

I was with BT changed to sky and kept my number, moved back to BT and kept the same number
I would be very shocked if they changed your number. It's a very easy switch...

Just been on the phone to sky for 30 mins for them to tell me the deal ended last night apparently.

Sky may not be able to guarantee you can keep you number as they run (I believe) on slightly different networks.
Saying that, I changed from Sky to Plusnet (BT) last year and they transferred my number.

P.S. I was with Sky for a year and their service was always very good. It was very rare to lose broadband connection and the phone line was fine. You aren't able to use some pre-dial numbers (e.g. 18185) on sky phone line though.

Cheers,
Phil

Expired then? This is why we can't find it on the site?

What would be the price of you wanted fibre?

Depends on your distance to the exchange, if you check on BT's site and put your number in this will give you an idea. Although from the CPW thread it looks like you can upgrade to 40 meg fibre for an extra £10pm if it's enable at your exchange.
