£6.79 for legendary...to bite or not to bite. That is the question.
Great price for this, have some heat Don't forget to check out the weekly competition
Such a fantastic game, especially if you look into modding it. Definitely do it, and grab the Legendary edition, cos you'll get sucked in and later end up wishing you had bought the DLC!
Proof to us all, as if any were needed, that if we only wait they practically give away games.
DOVAHKIIIIIIIIN!

Amazingly cheap. I picked up Legendary at the last big sale for a similar price. Don't think you can get more gameplay for less outlay?

Just built a new pc should I get this? What kind of FPS would I get with AMD FX 8350 and R9 280x with the mods?

It depends on the resolution of the monitor you'll be playing on along with RAM, but I'd say upwards of 40 easy. Graphics mods, custom settings will lower this.

Not sure about that but its been £2.49 a couple of times recently.

Still, heat added for this crazy low price again

Edit - I clicked hot and the heat stayed the same, so somebody must have just voted cold, hoooooowwwwwww!

Think the £5 was referring to the legendary version. (Normal version was £2 on GMG a few weeks back)

If by wait, you mean three years, then yes. If you haven't picked up this game yet you might as have cut your nipples and be swimming in the Ganges. No worse punishment than not having played this game. Worth the price it was on release, yet alone this steal.

Should run pretty solidly. Try CanYouRunIt to give you a general idea.

Blimey, you're right, I missed that one.
Just got home and bought the legendary edition. I was waiting for it to go back to a fiver but I won't quibble over a couple of extra pounds. One less sandwich to splash out on this week all for a good cause!
Worth every penny. One of the best games iv ever played.
hot.playing right now heavily modded. amazing experience , also tried with dk2 and i almost w*t myself
Anyone have a incredible mod list for this? I keep looking but so many different options and dont want to download 100 mods for them to just look weaker than the first think i could get.
Skyrim is not as good as it thinks it is, it's a horribly unbalanced game and not much of a story once you get bored with the repetitive side quests. Once you've got a full set of daedric armor and weapons everything is far too easy and money is no use for anything. I hated how my horse kept wandering off too.
Is it just me or has this been cheaper for a few months now? £2 for standard edition, £5 for Legendary? Not sure it's worth 500 heat myself.

Really depends on the mods.
I have an i7-3770k with a 7950 (aka an R9 280)
and I was getting 35ish fps after having followed the full "RealENB" guide. (aka an ENB with a ton of extra graphics mods for super awesomeness).

But he did note the ones that were FPS hungry and you could just get the medium versions of them, if graphics mods were what you were looking for.

I went for the full-on ones as I was expecting crossfire to work (which it now does as of 20 minutes ago )

It takes a while, especially with the site's download speed limit, but after having installed all of this, it's fcking insane.
Like watching his videos is one thing, but actually walking around and playing it yourself is another...
nexusmods.com/sky…36/?

(they're just graphics, I've got no idea about item mods, although there is a really popular youtube channel that reviews tons of skyrim mods).
Last thing I'll say on those graphics mods...

Mods Can fix economy, add new high level items to buy, improved Ai for the opponents and give you a whistle to get your horse back. Re look at the game with those installed, especially the Ai mod (skyrim unleashed) did makes things a whole lot tougher, especially in the early parts of the game.
280x will give you 60fps @ 1080p without an ENB easily. My 270x does that with the 4k texture pack on. With an ENB it doesn't dip below 40 so you can expect 50fps average.

I think you should stick to Call Of Duty.

To get to the stage where you have Daedric armor, legitimately at least, we are talking 50-80 hours. I think you got your monies worth.
Skyrim has its flaws (many of which can be fixed with mods), but at this price it's a steal.
Have modders been able to work in any depth yet? i bought it on release for the 360 and afer about 10 hours i was utterly bored. Im not saying this to rile up folk, id like to enjoy it but the quests are just so.. meh.
I am currently playing Skyrim without DLC through Steam (i did not buy it from steam). I want to buy the Legendary addition just for the DLC - can i use the DLC only with the game i'm currently playing or will i lose current saved data? Is it possible just to D/L the DLC without the full game through this deal?

Okay so I know a certain someone of a someone who torrented skyrim legendary and has nearly completed it. Now that someone is feeling guilty and wants to buy the game. Will that someone still be able to use his old saves in the now, steam game?

Should just add the DLC to your game. you wont get a second copy of Skyrim to give to a friend though (seen as you've already got the base game, some people think that they'll get the LE split, adding the DLC to their account and the base game to give to a friend)

Nice! What mods are you using? Heat added btw.
Bought. The Legendary deal is 6.8Gb btw if you've got a restriction on your downloads.
