Very poor quality, OK for a quick dipping.

It's been hours and no pictures of ladies wearing not very much. Guess swimming costumes don't have the same allure as lingerie.

I bought some Jammers for £4 about 8 months ago and have been for approx 5hrs a week ever since.

Quality is decent for the price

Beware of Sports Direct's horrible refund policies. Nothing can be refunded (unless faulty); only exchanged or gift carded.

They did not inform me of this when I purchased last time and I ended up stuck with something that didn't fit.

I'll never use Sports Direct again, personally.

the link is to say that swimming costumes are reduced and shows the cheapest - so are you saying all sports direct costumes are of poor quality being adidas, donnay, golddigga, speedo etc.. What do you want for £2.49 its less than the cost to get in our local swimming pool!

So in your opinion what are a good quality?

I don't think that's right - I bought a load of stuff online for a family holiday just before Christmas and ended up sending half of it back and it was refunded immediately?

This was awful, pretty much everything was on show and I was asked to leave the hotel pool. I'll stick to swimming shorts for my next trip

My wife bought a swimming costume for my daughter, tried it on at home, didn't fit, as sometimes things don't. I took it back the following day (to another store, mind) and after queuing at the one till set aside for refunds, got to the front to be told "We don't refund, exchange or credit for swimming costumes for hygiene reasons, your wife should have been told that instore". After my incredulous look, I pointed out it still had the hygiene sticker in it and how are you supposed to know whether it fits unless you try it on? I just got a blank stare and was told "It's company policy, she should have been told". So I asked him what I was supposed to do with a swimming costume that didn't fit. Further blank stares ensued akin to a game of chicken. It's not the assistant's fault but if that is company policy around exchanges for this type of item, then it's a bit bizarre, unless that's the norm in other stores. I did try ringing their customer services but after being kept on hold on an 0870 number for 10 minutes, I gave up, so I'll email them instead. I suppose when the stuff is that cheap it's just a chance you take.

The 'no refunds' policy only applies to items bought in store. The 'Distance selling' rules apply to items bought online which are different.

Hate to say it but if you are shopping in Sports Direct - TRY IT ON INSTORE BEFORE YOU PAY - WHATEVER IT IS! You can't take it back unless all you want to do is exchange it. And that particular store actually got it wrong with the swimsuit - they DO swap them - I got one changed.....

Agree with all this and that's why I haven't shopped there in years. Yes it's cheap but horribly overstacked store and you're getting commensurate lower service for the price. The only store I've come across who won't, faults aside, refund in store purchases.

That's why I mentioned it - this post refers to an online deal, not in-store...
