Thanks for sharing your first deal post @Gman7791 though I may need to invest in a snow shovel too in order to get the sled out the door

Does nobody realise it's almost March?

Does nobody realise it's almost March?

Statistically more likely to snow at Easter than Christmas.
Snow, what snow? Beautiful sunshine here.

By the way, why all the hype about FIVE medals? A country with a smaller population than Greater London (Norway) got THIRTY-NINE!
house for sale boards are for free everywhere
Bought one of these about 5 years ago, still no snow!

Let's put that statistic in the context of where it came from -

Average sleet/snow in December 3.9 days - March 4.2 days.

Also, quote from theweathernetwork.com : "March is a typically changeable month, which sees the season transition from winter to spring. Although many people’s expectations may be that the cold, harsh winter should disappear as the month progresses, in reality, it is statistically more likely to snow at Easter than it is at Christmas."

Stick that in your pipe.

Ne’er cast a clout, until May is out

Statistically much more likely to snow in January & February than December or March.

from: thetimes.co.uk/art…3qb
"In the UK snow or sleet falls on average 3.9 days in December, compared with 5.3 days in January, 5.6 days in February and 4.2 days in March, according to Met Office figures."

Correct. But then Christmas is always in December and Easter in March or April.

Exactly. What month is Easter this year? April.

And while April is a bit of a different story, with only 2.3 days of snowfall on average, it’s not entirely unheard of.
metro.co.uk/201…21/

Does it snow more in April than December? No.

I'm done. As Pink Floyd and everyone else reading is no doubt saying

"We don't need snow education"

1st April. ....... Oh, i forgot. The weather changes dramatically at midnight on 31 March. I'm finished now too.

Ah, but did you know the 'May' in the old proverb is the tree, not the month? Any room in your pipe?
BBC News site said 'snow chaos sweeping the country'. I think that means one of the kiddies in the newsroom looked out of the window and saw a few flakes(!) falling in W1A, ahh! Bit nippy today in the West Mids but lovely bright sunshine and your sledge would need wheels

You are the one who started arguing that 4.2 is considerably bigger then 3.9 April fools day is on 1st April every year

Considerably? Don't think i did. I do know that you questioned if nobody realised it was March.
