I find that if I lie right on the very edge of my bed, I 'drop off' very quickly.
8 hours is a myth, I need at least 11 to function properly thru the day
So I need a book to know how to sleep now?! :-)

I did actually buy it (unbelievable!) - thanks for sharing, heat added :-)
Just find some night shift job and move in to noisy neighborhood. Best way to learn about "power of naps"...
Contour pillow. Eye mask. Proper fitting Ear plugs. No booze or coffee /tea. No drinking 3 hours before bed or I'm busting to splash boots which wakes me up.. That's it. Sleep!

Or just keep pumping out sprogs, I've learnt if there's a child under 2 in your house you'll never get a full nights sleep.
Since they put the main point right there in the title, you don't even need to read the book.
