Ah I suspected someone may have done an overview of the sale but I didn't see it. Didn't think the other prices were worth shouting about but I suppose it's fair enough to post them anyway for anyone who wants to take advantage of them. Well no worries, even if this doesn't get hot it may help the odd person out.
Voted hot as SD is one of my favourite games of all time. Not bothered about the money grabbing crap but the Nightmare DLC being on sale makes the awesome more awesomy
On xbla can you buy now and download later. Unlimited broadband is not arriving for me until the 26th!
Thanks OP. I missed the Enix post as well.

Yes you can stop the download. You can delete it and then download it again later.
Yeah you can buy now and simply cancel the download, then go back and download again at anytime. Once you buy something on xbl you can download it as many times as you want !!
Thanks Blinky and carumba :-)
I really enjoyed this game. Some good Batman Arkham Asylum/City style combat. Worth the budget price.
Been trying to get this on eBay - but all auctions go way over £10! Might grab this
What DLC is worth it too? Mission packs
I only got the Nightmare in North Point DLC so can only comment on that. By the time I got to the end of the main game I had been satisfied but had ultimately had enough. The extra content (I had downloaded it with the main game) did keep my attention for a little while longer but it doesn't really reinvigorate you to the extent you would hope for. It is pretty cheap though so is probably worth a punt. It is accessed seperately from the main menu and is not integrated into the main game.
Only 840 microsoft points in ireland!
I have a PS3 so i got this free...

? Free... Didn't u pay for PS+ (like I so) so not exactly free.

so when you end plus you still have it free?
Been after this a while. Pointless paying or waiting for a GOTY edition as 90% of the dlc is... Well. Poor
Cheers

He doesn't, no. When PS+ expires, so does the access to the 'free' downloads...
great game great price a most but for any xbox or playstation owner one of the best games ive played in the past few years couldnt put it down

its a 12-15 hour game and you will never come back to it once completed

I would buy the physical copy and once sold on, it will never have cost you anything like £9

The going rate for this game is £15ish atm and trade in is £8. So even with the hassle of having to go to a shop to trade in you've only saved yourself £2, if you factor in transport costs you're actually worse off!

got mine from ebay for £10 and sold it for £12 a week later after completing it

I give it two weeks before you can buy it pre-owned for a tenner in blockbusters etc

Which means by the time you order a physical copy and complete the game you probably won't get your money back.

I bought the game for 1000 ms points last night and was playing it within an hour or two, I didn't have to get out of my chair!
If you're the type to finish a game in 1/2 nights and you can be bothered with the hassle of either taking it to a shop for trade in or selling it through ebay incurring P&P costs all for the sake of £2/3, then yes you should definitely get a physical copy.

maths not your forte

you just carry on paying out for games that are worthless within a week

meanwhile, the rest of us with some common sense will carry on with our free gaming lol
When a game costs the same as a trip to the cinema I'm not too bothered about making my money back, 10+ hours of entertainment for £9? That's pretty good value imo!
Just because this site is called hotukdeals doesn't mean everyone on it is complete tightarse.
Jesus guys, can't we have an X360 / PS3 deal without the whole PS+ / XBL debate raising it's ugly head. There's pro's and cons to both, and anyone who's properly into gaming has both consoles anyway. Quit the fanboy **** already, it's tiresome.

Great deal BTW, purchased. Even though I have PS+.

It's not about PSN+, csiman thinks this deal is cold because you can buy a physical copy for a few quid more and ALMOST make your money back!! (_;)
He also thinks that games are made for free so he should play them for free.

£9 per game equals a hell of a lot of money if you've played as many games as I have

You'll discover in life that those who are frugal tend to end up being the richest

I dont see it as being tight to not throw money away on something like a game that you'll use for a week and then have zero re-sale use value

You must lead a really boring life if you don't go to the cinema, music gigs or sporting events all of which offer less value for money than gaming. I can picture you outside the venue desperately trying to resell your used tickets. X)

I've played a heck of a lot of games as well (200+ on Xbox 360 alone) and I've even traded games before *gasp* but it doesn't mean I won't take advantage of a good deal when I see it and I really don't expect to game for free!

Money is of no value if you don't spend it.
