Totally agree, eyelids work fine here too. Good price for those that need 'em!

if your like me; when you close your eyes you can still see the light thats shining through your curtains; keeping you awake.

The problem is that eyelids DO NOT work fine... they work as they were intended - we are programmed to go to sleep when it gets dark, and get up when it gets light, problem in that is now modern society doesn't work like it did in the Stone Age :-(

Lucky if you are one of the minority of people who can sleep in light rooms, but light is as problem for a lot of people. Let alone the problem for shift workers.

I find if (that's a laugh: I mean WHEN as I do not sleep well due to pain) I wake up after about 4am currently, the light coming in to the room, even through aluminium blinds and lined curtains will not let me get back to sleep (some light leaks past the curtain poles mainly) - the solution, I know is -get better light-tight blinds, but that's a price, and not good at all for letting air into the room in summer - when a few pence will get a mask to solve the problem.

The mask I have now is a plasticky material and not so comfortable, so I will try these.

god if id know id have sold you the 20 sets I have at home from flying with Virgin Atlanitc!!! £10 to whomever wants them

I bought ten sets because the elastic loses its elasticity after a while, not because I've got 10 sets of eyes:)
