This is the best toning belt money can buy, and at the best price I have ever seen it by far, a total steal!

My friend owns this belt and the results are amazing, if you use it aswell as having a decent diet (doesn't have to be perfect) and aswell as the odd ab exercises this belt will give you the perfect abs, but you can also use it without exercising or eating healthy and it will still slim and tone your abs a good amount, my friend got a 4 pack within 8 weeks of using this belt without doing any exercising or dieting. Just don't make the mistake I originally made in buying a cheap toning belt, they don't work and are a total waste of time, if you want one, splash out and buy this, I promise you won't regret it!

Dont some of these things go for a fiver?

abs / six packs etc are all about your body fat%
unless you opt for this option:

Gets a lot of positive reviews on Amazon, gonna give it a try, already go the gym, but my lower back is a bit suspect these days so ab work normaly gets avoided, i realise that on their own these things are trash, but I'm gonna have a good go, eating right and upping my cardio. Ive also got the wife one, so will put up a review on Amazon after a couple of months for both products.

Do you use a medicine ball at all. Theres some very good exercises with the to keep the weight of your lower back. I have the same problem but since using a medicine ball all cleared up and stomach coming along nicely. Just lying on your back and having it dropped on your stomach does wonders. I won't lie to you though its not particulary pleasant at first.

Lots of comments saying these don't work. And I'm not sure they will give you abs like Mr Andre, but they can help people who simply wouldn't do all the other abs exercises or who would struggle to exercise because of other problems such as back pain...

EVERYONE already has abs. Direct ab-work either via convential exercise means or by electro stimulation will (slightly) make the abs bigger.

BUT, unless you have a low enough bodyfat, you will never see your existing ab muscles. Bottom line, visible abs come with low bodyfat which ultimately means

a) a nailed diet
b) strength training
c) cardio

There is a place for EMS machines - but not slendertone cos they're crap - especially the belt variety. But as said, diet and cardio are the deciding factors ultimately.

Abs will start to show on a man at circa 13 or 14% bodyfat - though they will be very blurry.

Peter Andre in the mysterious girl video is around 8 or 9% bodyfat.

Stage condition bodybuilders will be around 4 or 5 % bodyfat. Note that they only get to very low % for competition. It is not healthy to be this low year round

Your review is really great. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I am concerned about fitness but there are many adverts about flex belt. I have researched and find another review source. If you are interested then click here flexbeltreviews101.com. I am using the Flex Belt & it actually works. I'm very pleased with the results and along with dieting, it's helping me big time.
