Hi there, only the strawberry flavour reduced in 6pack. And the tin had a dint in it so had been yellow stickered. I love the coffee flavour but that was still full price.

Dog is now in a coma on the floor with my daughter, both full of scouse pie. I can now attack the homemade cornflake tart in peace since the boys are glued to the tv......well worth a Rennie or 6!! Take care chuck

These are lovely with chips

Where did you get that info? First off, it's a drink... so check the mL: about half the sugar of a can of coke. The point of this is to replace a meal (breakfast or lunch primarily) and the sugar is there to give you energy and keep you going!

I use these shakes (the coffee variant), along with Lepicol tabs ( +2 L minimum water throughout the day) and healthy evening meals. I've dropped just under 2 stone (24lbs), 4 inches off my waist, and roughly 30% of my total body fat (from 23% to 16% body fat), since the new year! I add extra gold blend coffee granules to the shakes to give them that extra kick and I feel great after, so yes, I do think they work

Slim Fast, the entirely wrong way to lose weight.

Slim Fast, the entirely wrong way to lose weight.

Why? Diet and exercise are the keys to losing weight. This is an easy (and enjoyable) way to keep up regular exercise and go into a calorie deficit.

also wrong.

this has 26g sugar per 325ml, coke has 35g per 330ml.

or to make is simpler; this is 7.9g per 100ml, coke is 10.6g per 100ml

far above 'half the sugar of coke'

Ok, three-quarters the sugar of a coke, with the added benefit of 14g of protein and 25-50% of many of your micronutrients. Aside from being pedantic, do you have more to add, or my point stands that this is a healthy, enjoyable tool for weight loss?
