Like a deal, but this has been as cheap as £10 in Home Bargains with the powder.

If diet plans actually worked long term then the companies promoting them would go out of business.

They need you to fail so you keep going back.

Looks remarkably like an armed forces ration pack, the only difference is; theirs is 24 hours, this one is 7 days!

Simply rule to lose weight

Eat less, exercise the same
or
Exercise more, eat the same

Losing weight is the easier part, keeping it off is where it requires much more serious effort.
Half the calories so you can eat twice as much.
Look into fasting and omad.

The £15 in Superdrug is not the same pack, that has the powder shake. The one in Superdrug which is the same pack, is the same price as this £24.99.

Its definitely not the best deal, as I previously bought this in Costco for £17.99. I think it's now increased to £19.99 in Costco.

Haha!:-) my uncle used to bring me back the renmants of his compo rations wen he came back from exercises in the territorials... Syrup sponge in a tin, condensed milk and/ or raspberry jam in a toothoaste tube! - Then there were what I could only describe as historically accurate 'hard tack' biscuits in olive green foil packets....
