and most certainly not caramel

I ordered last time these were reduced, I was really surprised how tasty these were. Actually makes 'snacking' less of a guilt trip and meant I could stay on track. They're also on 3 for 2, so this is a steal. Ordered a load...

Will be national as it is the same price online.
Good deal!

Those chocolate bars are very tasty. Will be ordering a few.

77p for the shakes too. Got them local yesterday. Really tasty too.

48 grams of sugar per 100 grams - I'm not sure how much better than a dairy milk this really is!

Ah Slimfast diet, pretending to be healthy and pretending to losing weight in a sustainable healthy way. At least I'm honest at my diet which has just involved 1 beer, Jalfrezi, Pilau Rice, Peshwari Naan and Poppadums. Probably a good 1000 calories there, plus I had one of those banoffee cake things earlier, this diet is awesome to be honest, tastes great too and you're guaranteed to get fat with a smile on your face. Slimfast guarantees you'll eat crap, be miserable and it's debatable how healthy it is anyway, you'll have to sustain it and if you don't you'll pile on the pounds quicker than a sumo wrestler at a donut gobbling contest.

Probably more than 3000 calories you ate today with those you listed. Good luck with weight loss with this "diet". lol

Yup you're probably more on track there. The point is that whatever you do or maintain or lose weight you must do it for life, so may as well do it in a way you enjoy. My example is not how you would lose weight it's simply having a day where I didn't care. However if you do care you can maintain or lose weight and enjoy it and your life. If I was changing my eating habits then I'd make sure I ate less wheat, less carbs, more healthy fats with better Omega 3-6 ratio. I'd eat a lot more fruit and vegetables and I wouldn't consume any caffeine or refined sugar, I also wouldn't consume any or many fruit juices. Essentially you'd just change your diet so you were eating as healthily as possible which can mean damn fine tasting food and not too much of it. I'd also eat more at the start of the day and progressively less towards the end of the day, and have a period of around 12-14 hours where I wasn't eating each day (late evening/sleeping). I'd also use protein to curb hunger pangs.

I know which illustrates that this product in this deal is a load of crap that probably tastes nice but doesn't really relate to healthy eating. So this doesn't replace a chocolate bar it's just the same type of product. One day I will eat healthy, but I'm too fussy so I end up trying to be a Paleo Vegetarian which is nigh on impossible or a Gluten Free Monk.

I've ordered loads of these while on this price and the tins of powder. Last time I was on Slimfast I lost 2st then went to healthy eating/smaller portions and lost another stone. I stayed the same weight n size 10 for 2yrs til I fell pregnant with my twins last year. Now I have over 3st to lose again. slim fast is definitely the easiest option for me at the minute as I haven't got the time to cook and weigh portions etc as the twins are 4month old an I was snacking on crap too much. 2wks so far and 5lb lighter
