Dam missed it!. Really rhinitis? my son has it, without antihistamines and nasal sprays daily (he's been using for half his life and is only 12)..... he's sneezing for England .... What do you use?

they used to give me steroid nasal spray, but never had much effect apart from one too many squirts and u off your face lol. i just live with tbh, tends to flare up when weather warms up in summer/spring, but since use memory foam matress and pillows it helps no end, but its something ive had for 20yrs and something ive got used too, though its really is a swine when it flares up

Thanks for that.... he has a memory foam mattress... Didn't know that helped tbh (they are boiling though, too hot). Yeah he has steroid sprays... When his flares it's awful sneezes all night too. I feel your pain
