Experience the iconic slushie at home with the Slush Puppie® Machine. Designed to look as close to the original as possible, the fun machine is easy to use and will deliver authentic looking and tasting icy cold drinks. Perfect for parties and celebrations, the maker is easy to use: simply add your drink mix, turn your machine on and leave it for around 25 minutes. You will need to add salt and ice but this does not mix with your slushie: it helps to freeze it. In less than half an hour you will have a fabulous slushie treat that will turn your tongue a different colour, just like the original.

Update 26/07 Slush Puppie Ready-to-drink pouches are coming to the UK!

They'll be three fruity flavours - Sour Cherry, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry and launch sometime this year - costs unknown yet but will update when confirmed!

If I could get the tango ice blast syrup I'd be all over this...
Got excited to get one of these at Christmas, to relive my childhood but unfortunately it's a dreadful machine, uses loads of ice and salt for not much return, the lid pops off and it jams too, motor doesn't sound healthy either.

It's a cheaply made bit of generic kit with a brand name slapped on it.

The slush consistency isn't the same as from the shop bought pups.

Sent mine back, along with a lot of other people I imagine, end up using my nutri ninja, nowhere near as much fuss and actually is closer to the real thing.

You're better off buying a cheap blender or similar.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

You got to mix the syrup with water.I think its 1 part syrup 3 parts water
Don't forget the £6.99 for the syrup!!!
Was getting all excited - but when I see 50% of the reviews on Amazon are one star. . . decided not to go for it. Overall - made cheaply, falls to bits, stops working etc etc.

Where's the best place to buy the syrup?
Anyone else thinking Fat Tuesdays!
Heat added for sharing - this does appear to be the cheapest available - CPC are looking £49.99 & £19.99 for the shaver + delivery! They do have the syrups for £6.98 + delivery - I am tempted!

Tango blasts are amaaaaaaazing! I think the slush itself is much finer too?
Good price but decided not to get one as so many bad reviews on the product. Thanks for sharing though as someone might want to have a go
Don't bother if you're looking for an authentic slushie experience, I also tried a couple of the ice shavers and ice crushers from Amazon and they were rubbish too.

Buy the syrup on it's own, get a plastic freezer bag full of ice cubes and whack it with a rolling pin.

Much better results and no washing up!
As an alternative you can use a cheap ice cream maker such as the Andrew James ones off Amazon and get 5L of syrup off ebay and it does a better job than these for half the price.

saw the thing and was gonna post "if that works I'll eat my hat". Then I saw the reviews and comments.
My hat is safe
I'd agree with being able to get a decent slushie using just a blender.

Sainsbury sell a bottle of raspberry syrup for £1.50 in the polish section.
Don't bother, nothing like the industrial ones you see in cafes etc. Quality is rubbish

Just don't look too deep into what they use to make raspberry flavoring
This machine shaves ice like a dream - mine is still going strong and lots of my family and friends have bought one after trying. None of the trouble you get with the slushy machines either - it simple shaves standard ice cubes.

Ive been seaching for that aswell cant find it anywhere
Thanks OP!
It's a load of crap, bought one n sent it back, it gets jammed by the build up of ice on the central canister
Awful reviews
Read the reviews. They are baaaaaad! !
More mods pedaling Chinese junk.
Cha Ching.
I always wanted a Mr Frosty as a kid and never got one. Of course when grey up and finally tried one, realised how rubbish they were. Likewise tried ice shavers in past...no good

Many years ago after, kept my eye on Ebay and got a nice twin barrel 2x10l slush machine for I think it was about £280. Best purchase I've ever made

No messing about with ice cubes and salts....just pour in a 6:1 ratio (depending on type) of slush syrup and regular tap water, switch on and wait an hour........brain freeze with kids and movie all night long. Add alcohol to suit
Purchased this from Tesco Direct when it was on offer and returned it for a replacement. We followed the instructions to the letter but the canister froze too much and the plastic blades weren’t man enough to scrape the ice off to make theslush.

Unfortunately the replacement made one jug full of slush, the canister then became too icy (go figure) for the blades again. So returned for a full refund.
Friend had a slush puppy machine from Amazon for this price and sent it back as was faulty. Read alot of reviews and lots of people complaining about how they break. Cold from me
