As per title, seems to be £8 reduced from £10 online but instore it was shelf and packaged priced at £15 reduced to £5, came through at £2.50 at the checkout though. Went back and got another one.

Really quite nice and excellent value. Several left (along with some other good furniture deals) at my local ASDA Pilsworth, Bury. Not sure if just local or nationwide.

First deal so try not to be too mean, couldn't find it posted elsewhere.

It seems strong but I wouldn't risk it (I'm around 75kg too). It may splay open though is what I'm thinking. It's possibly a little low to sit on too. If in doubt try it - I guess you only have £2.50's worth to break!

Occasional Table?. . . What does it do the rest of the time?

Terrible joke, I was expecting someone to be a bit more risque regarding the 'Bentwood'!

Still made me laugh though.

How tall roughly? Like would it be about the right height to use a laptop while sitting on the couch?

edit - ignore me, didn't spot the specs on the website.

This looks remarkably like the one I read about at Ikea that people were cutting up to use as a laptop stand:

That was the plan for the second one I picked up, shouldn't be difficult at all.

Cool, they're certainly worth the £2.50! Went back myself today and got the last two at Pilsworth, Bury - so don't bother if you were planning on picking one up from there.

They did have an excellent table/tray combo redued from £30 to £10 - quitre a few left and the quality is so good I wouldn't have minded paying full price when I took it from the box.

Paul

PS Thanks for all the nice feedback for my first deal everyone!
