Thank you, you must have eyes like the proverbial S**t house rat

dont waste even a £1 on then nothing like a strob light had 1 and then put it in the bin

Great breakdown beacon for a quid . Just put a amber lens in front .It has a adjustable flash rate knob at the back .
If you ever breakdown ,stick this on the dashboard or rear parcel shelf to warn other drivers . Handy to have in the car .

or you could put a blue one on and pretend that you're a fire engine

Or you could simply put your hazards on and save a quid

Small party strobe light.

What if you are having a big party, can you still use these?

These are so naff (I bought one for halloween effects) don't even "strobe" as fast as my headtorch, ..forget it, if you genuinely need a strobe (even a small one) buy a mains powered unit for around £5 to even begin to do the job properly.

These ones wouldn't even get someone with epilepsy writhing unless they were ultra sensitive! (no pun intended). more pulse of light than strobe "flicker"
Not voted either way, cos I cannot compare it, nor judge it on price, however....

Useful for making your own DIY speed camera DIY Dummy Speed Camera

if battery powered, may be suitable for use with my AR Drone - take the circuit and light out and mod my AR Body! I bet my local store don't have any though!

Good idea ,clever clogs ,but my Ford Model T doesn't have hazards !

Are these epileptic friendly?

I had a red and blue flasher on my phone. All oncoming drivers stop then go past you at 2mph. Might be illegal, dunno, but you ain't gonna get run down no more.

No. Too weak. Had one, don't use it.

I know an epileptic, and yes he's friendly.

A comment like that would make Frankie Boyle proud (and that's not a compliment).

Do you know how easy it is to get to the knob, and how big is it?

The knob is a small thumb turn thingy at the back of the unit together with the off switch .Very easy to get to .

This unit is the exact same unit we purchased & ended up using it as part of an SLR camera birthday cake on a deep board / box so there would be some sort of flash effect as the cake was brought into the room, that it could just about handle, however it won't assist any ravey-davey-gravy moves.
As I recall it needed 4 or more AA batts.
