Good find, nice and cheap.

Thanks was looking for the wall sockets and came across these x
I have some bulkier square ones that with my sockets they rest on the power switch so not ideal, these however being circular would work better for me thanks.
Shame hey dont make it in white
Only 10amp support though which is going to become an issue i read with new safety regs coming in soon

Was on another post yesterday a british safety reg is changing next month apparently
Good deal for prime members, voted hot. Can't comment on this one, but Sonoff goes for the same price on eBay, got 3 of them, used for the past 6 months and never had a problem with them

Got a reference?
The details mention using these to turn on/off appliances such as washer dryers. If they are only 10amps then I wouldn't recommend they're used on 13amp appliances.
Bs1363-3 Is the standards for 3 prong plug that we use everyday so got no clue what your referring to could you please explain?

It doesn't though. It just mentions BS1363. It doesn't mention what is actually changing. Thanks for your in-depth explanation though.
Gone upto 9.99 and you can only order 1 so I will wait.

This seller has a limit of 1 per customer.
Anyone carried out any cyber security assurance on these devices?

Not sure if it is s20 or s26, I'm away so can't look but probably I have the s20.

What safety regs are these?

After looking it up I think the new regulation means that power adaptors like travel/shaver/WiFi (basically any device that plugs into the mains and can accept a 3-pin plug) will have to have covers for the live and neutral when it comes into force. I can't tell if these do from the pictures but if they don't have them they will become illegal to sell over here.

Found out these will conform to the new regulations as they don't have plastic prongs.

Hi, do these have CE markings?
BrianK29/06/2019 10:27

Hi, do these have CE markings?

I have no clue all I know is they obviously have to conform to BS as they stand today as they are a British company and that they do conform.to the new changes in BS even though it's not a travel adapter and the new changes are for travel adaptors as the prongs aren't plastic. That's the best answer I can give you.

Sorry, I though the new reg was for new power adaptors having to have covers to stop little ones poking things into the live and neutral holes. One of those arrangements where the Earth prong has to go in first to allow access to them.

Either way not a power adapter and if you Google the changes it says about the plastic to metal pronges either way this product isn't a power adaptor

There's a new BS stating it needs to be metal prongs not plastic but like I say they relate to travel adaptors.
Got two of these delivered today, thanks to this deal, and I'm really impressed!

These are small, work with Alexa and google assistant and were a piece of cake to set up - I manually typed in my SSID and password. Honestly took 2 mins for both.

I'm well chuffed - much neater than the wire-inline sonoff things I dabbled with a few years ago.
