Can't fully recommend this company. I won't have my play 1 till Thursday at the earliest now. They use DPD as their courier. I had asked for Sunday delivery as I was out all day Saturday. Got a text Saturday morning saying delivery would be that day so I requested to have it delivered on Sunday to my local halfords. This never happened so I wasted a journey to halfords and didn't have the speaker for the weekend as I had hoped (and had been promised). Spoke to an agent on their website who was apologetic and looked into it for me but never offered me a solution. For the sake of £10 I'll go with Amazon next time.

​yeah I have the playbar... You need the sub for it really, sounds amazing as part of a 5.1 system but as a standalone it's a bit underwhelming I think

I ordered the playbar and it didn't make me wow for over £650 so returned it. I got an LG SH8 for £170 and sounds ALOTTTTTT better and includes a sub haha aswell as having hdmi input aux input etc... Mabey this would be the same.

I hear it's not very impressive just by itself mind...

I bought the Sonos and the Bose Soundtouch 10 and the Sonos wins hands down in my opinion, yes the Bose is cheaper and has a few gimmicks but for sound quality the Sonos is so much better, plus the Bose app is troublesome on some phones.

Hesitated but bought my first one for £139 shipped. Wanting a second as they are much better than expected. But at two hundy...

Dammit, too late! I was wanting to get some before the price rises...don;t know if i can justify them now at the new prices :o(

Are these good? Been looking at them and get mixed reviews because of the limited inputs to them. How do they compare to the play 5? That has a line in so won't do the surround but would handle the stereo. Primary use case is for a tv to boost the sound rather than a 5:1. Does anyone use a play 5 for their tv? is there any audio lag? Thanks!

Code still worked this morning. There are cheaper ways, but I've been very happy with my Sonos system, and this is a decent price for the starter set, as they seem to have gone up everywhere.

These sound amazing for the size, I have 2 plays1s and need another 2 with the soundbar and sub. Not cheap but so easy to use and are heavy and high quality.

Yeah AV Bristol aka Sonosgste was fun. Think it ended up a 14% discount. I picked up my SUB for ££514 delivered I think, very good. 10% off is good though. HUKD has served me well for Sonos. Glad to see so many people getting into it.

I too had the AV Bristol deal, but they (AV Bristol) were brilliant from start to finish, ended up getting the Play 5 for £300 delivered. Awesome bit of kit too. Heat for the price but do check out Amazon.de and Amazon.es as the often have very good prices on Sonos products.
