Ooh. Is the egg itself orange chocolate? I know they've switched over to normal chocolate with an orange coating in ordinary Smarties now...

The box says "milk chocolate orange egg" so guessing it is "chocolate orange" and not orange-coloured chocolate.
Its January !
Please remove Easter from the title as Nestle are following Cadburys and denying the Christian festival.

Misery guts
Mmmmmm
tesco.com/gro…321

Ingredients: Sugar, Dried Whole Milk, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Lactose and Proteins from Whey (from Milk), Whey Powder (from Milk), Vegetable Fat (Palm/Shea/Illipe/Mango Kernel/Kokum Gurgi/Sal), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring, Orange Flavoured Milk Chocolate Egg Shell contains Cocoa Solids 25% minimum, Milk Solids 14% minimum and Vegetable Fat in addition to Cocoa Butter

No idea what "Illipe" is.... But the "Orange Flavoured Milk Chocolate Egg Shell" suggests the big egg is orange flavoured chocolate.
Yes please!
Per 100g this egg is almost double the price of the Tesco deal!

i can see the attraction, but this is not much of a deal.
It’s orange. I need it

Dont feed the troll
We just have Chocolate/chocolate egg day in our house. It's all based on myth anyway and consumerism has jumped on it. However, orange smarties - yum, yum, yum!
