It’s okay you don’t need to look at the stats. If you did you would know that getting a running watch is probably a good place start for that.

Tbf when you do running events being able to have your phone on your makes a massive difference. This is especially true if it’s an end to end race and not a lap race so you can pay for transport using your phone back to your car at the start!

You could that’s true.
Nice price, one stall at the Paris Marathon expo wanted £23 for something nearly identical

easily done; calling the premium rate numbers would be the fastest way to achieve that I reckon..

They normally show your current pace so you can adjust your speed accordingly. That's why I check, no point in running my current speed if I'm ahead of schedule.

totally irrelevant response. Do you even know how much info and stats you can get from the many running apps? and without buying another gadget for atleast £130
will this stop it running out of battery?
It's a bum bag!

your own personal choice. whatever floats your boat, but don't underestimate running apps without the need to fork out for an additional gadget

You alright pal?
£4.00 postage...? They're having a laugh. I can get the same product (different marque) from Amazon for less as Prime comes with free next-day shipping.

I used to use Endomondo (before child and arthritis!) on my phone, which was hidden away in something like this. I was able to set it up to tell me what my speed/pace/etc was through my earphones, so I could adjust as needed. I'm sure most good running apps do the same. Never had to look at the phone.

Would you care to elaborate on arthritis?

How did it start and where was the pain coming from?
No c& c near me so £3.99 p&p....not worth it

Not sure how it's really relevant to this HotUKDeals thread, but here goes... Rheumatoid arthritis, discovered by way of a swollen finger joint. Turns out it had already destroyed a toe joint, without me realising. Now I've pain in hands and shoulders. Had a hugely swollen knee previously. A few steroid injections into joints soon sorted them out. But it's progressing.

Why do you ask? Got a cure?

That sucks.

Got some issues with my knee (feels like ligaments are not right) so was interested in how arthritis work... having some family members which had them passed on it’s probably inevitable for me
Smartphone running belt, hmm! I've never seen my smart phone run anywhere.

I get the app (I use Google Fit) to read out the time, distance and pace every 5 minutes over my headphones. I'm currently using an armband too, but I never actually check the screen. Might snag this.
Bought! Thanks!
