Voted cold as its an S3 wannabee (_;)
Thats actually pretty decent, copy aside.

I only have 2 concerns. Are both sims 3G capable or is it only 1 sim is 3g and the other one is just for 2g only? Very important.

And Google Play, does this have access to it?
Some thing doesn't seem right. I thought the uk spec is a quad core and the US version is dual core seems too cheap to be genuine.

I think the left is 2g and right is 3g, so no i dont think both sims are 3g. But most people will only use 2 sims 1 for data and 1 for calls?

Well the way i wish to use a dual sim is to have both 3g capable. For instance, I get a good signal with GiffGaff/02 in my local Poundland, get nothing with Three. In other places i get good Three and no GiffGaff, i want the option to switch back and forth and use both 3g signals.
honestly. I wouldn't touch one of those phones. you can get a pretty good phone for the price which will actually be made by a reputable brand and will have a warranty period that doesn't involve shipping to china at your expense.
love to know what the official SAR rating is #mightfryyourhead!

I've had poor reliability from branded goods and poor customer support from the manufacturer, but excellent service from a no-name company based in China, unless there are plenty of reviews suggesting this is made by a unreliable manufacturer it seems a bit rich. I wouldn't be surprised to see this is made in the same factory by the same people who make your branded phones.

With the way PayPal are to sellers, I probably wouldn't worry about the warranty anyway, PayPal in my experience always side with the buyer when there's a complaint.

yes, however you have something like 60 days from the date of purchase to open a claim.
Something else to check with this specific model is whether they really are quad band. All over the Chinese websites they say quad band, but occasionally some Chinese sellers admit they are only dual band. Not sure if there's a way to check without actually taking the phone to te States. Just double check with the seller if that's important to you. If you do buy then as soon as you get it, check that the GPS actually gets a lock, that the WIFI and blue tooth work and are strong. Use GPS and WIFI strength checker apps (lots of free ones avail). Also check if the screen still responds normally while charging with a wall charger. Haipai Noble branded phones are pretty good quality. I got two Haipai Noble I9220 MTK6577 phones from China recently and the finish is pretty good, but I had a mix of the above issues between the two phones (although blue tooth was ok on both). Battery life on the I9220 is good, better than my genuine HTC One X. Google Play store worked fine on my two I9220's. Mine were rooted when they came so was easy to move apps to SD card. Antutu benchmark was around 5200 on my phones which should be about the same on this S3 clone. To compare my HTC One X is nearly 12000. A UK seller whose hopefully tested the phones is good. Oh yes, don't ever trust any SD cards from China, rather grab from Amazon. Hope this helps you decide.
I bought 2 of these and they are good for the price - however, the micro usb socket on 1 phone soon failed. The contacts rucked up inside the socket which meant you can no longer use the usb for slaving or charging. But I bought an external charger and the phone is still worth this agro of having to remove the battery to charge it. As mine came with 2 batteries anyway, this is not much of a handicap and I can still transfer files using the Bluetooth.
