Still showing as £6 on my smarty dashboard is this new customers only?

Spoke to chat and they changed my plan 👌👌

    UPDATE

So I thought the advisor had changed my plan but I'm still being charged £6 and when I contacted customer service again they said the promo hadn't been entered properly and the best they could now do was £5 a month. (edited)

I’ve been paying £3.99 to iD for 500MB with rollover for at least two years now, I haven’t found anything to replace it thus far. If only they fixed this price I would probably switch

Not sure how many minutes you get for that price but this is what you can get from Lebara for the same price :
    1GB 5G Data
    300 UK minutes
    Unlimited UK texts
50 International mins to 41 countries

Definitely recommend Smarty as a network. I managed to snag a £12 100gb deal a few months ago and have no complaints whatsoever with the service or speed.

Recommend smarty. Really simple and could change me package each month if needed.

Lovely, have been waiting for a deal like this which isn't on Lyca or something linked to Vodafone!

I recommend smart for their price and the add on data you can buy that will stay with you until you have use it up. although if you live in middle of no where you won't have network connection or in a enclosed shopping malls.

5g not available on pixel devices.

5g works on my Pixel 6. Not sure if it's because I'm running Android 13?

So the price goes back up to £6 after 12 months? Nothing stopping you from leaving after that?
    Avatar
Yep, me and my son are doing exactly like you said. In addition you can leave after month or two, it's a monthly contract.

Competition is good, I'm currently with Lyca , paying 1p per month for 6 months. I will be looking to change once my special deal is almost up. I would be happy to move to Smarty or Lebara.

I was with them for a month and that was more than enough

Done two speeds tests and all my data is gone

On these for my main phone. Also we scrapped our landline had an old android phone disabled data. And that is our house phone now as unlimited minutes in each package. Although we pay £6

Great network, was on the £10 plan but managed to get switched to the £4 plan by asking in their chat.

Likewise just signed up to this as an existing customer via the friendly chat service. Came at a perfect time as my previous deal has just ended. They always seem very obliging with this sort of thing.
