Are they any good guys?
Pah £400 for the white one! Need to get a can of white spray paint from Halfrauds I guess?
I service white good apps and these machines are great. They use the same parts as neff and Bosch. Rarely see problems with them except blocked pumps which is common on every brand.

This is silver not white
Wish we hadn't of bought a Smeg dishwasher. 8 months old and keeps fallin off the track, large plates don't fit properly.
Remember if you buy one to get mini plates if it's anything like my smeg one..
Build quality is very hit and miss and they don't wash particularly well.

The only thing making this a good deal is the 5 year warranty.
We've just moved house, leaving our SMEG dishwasher behind. Really miss it, we adjusted the top track to fit in large plates below and it just worked. Our new house has a built in and it's rubbish. We're looking for a SMEG Built in to replace it now.
Perfect for smegheads

Couldn't resist lol
I’m half tempted for this as my dishwasher is about 20 years old and probably costs a lot to run.

Even if it does it'll take years & years to pay you back. Never really understand replacing things if they're still working.

Our Bosch dishwasher is old but cost me £20 works perfectly though. I'll get a more efficient one if it ever breaks

I’m the same but the front panel is broken so you have to wedge the button in which sometimes doesn’t work, and the top basket runners are knackered. It was given to me 10 years ago so it’s doing well and will prob washer better than most new ones. Same with my 13yr old washer, still works but need a bigger one really as the family keeps expanding and it seems to be on constantly.

Aren't they back at Uni yet?
On/off button broke but was sorted under warranty. Besides this it's been amazing. Love it and I paid £400+ for it

I'm sure most of them are good guys, but like any company it always has it's bad guys too.
OOS
so is this expired? disappointed so many deals not expired but actually are
These are available for £195 from Appliance Depott. They're end-of-line or graded, or perhaps have minor case damage. If it's going between cupboards, who cares if it has a scratch on the side?

I've had mine for two years and a month. The fifth time I used it, I couldn't close the door. The woman on the phone at Smeg customer services told me to crawl inside the machine to identify the faulty component, and Currys said they don't do repairs. (skeptical)Clearly something was dislodged, but it went back in after a bit of jiggling. Some flimsy plastic bits have broken off, or come off and won't go back. After a year, the top basket came off its runners, but I replaced the broken part that keeps them in place - thanks eBay. The cutlery basket is a small, unusable joke, unless you have a three-year-old who enjoys the challenge of construction toys, who can fill it for you, so I'm using the basket from my last machine. It washes better than it dries, and the cutlery basket is either inside the machine, or on the radiator to dry the contents. Will I buy another Smeg product? Lemme think! Cold day in hell?
Edit: forgot to mention - it froze to death in the snow the other week. My AEG washing machine is 20 years old, and has survived two big freezes, and my SMEG dishwasher didn't survive one. I suppose Sweden doesn't expect cold winters.
