Excellent find
£15 off using code EMAIL3539
I've noticed b&q knocking out a few good bits of smeg in the past few months.

I'd be tempted with this if we didn't have a fitted double oven.

Might be being daft but I can't find anywhere to add the discount code?
Does this work with a 13A plug or need hard wired?

When you click 'go to checkout' scroll to bottom of page to find 'add voucher' box.
I got that feeling it will end up like last time when bosch pyrolitic oven was hugely discounted and b&q has cancelled all orders... mine was cancelled without any notification... good luck:)

Hardwired...unless you want to risk burning your kitchen to the ground?

I hope this is a joke. If not then NO it will not be safe or remotely compliant with any regulations on a 13A plug.
I see Bush for about £120,is this worth the extra dough?

Same here. I've just done a quick search for a smeg ceramic hob, but can't find any amazing deals. Let me know if you see anything please.

Thanks, it didn't give me an option to add a voucher anywhere, still ordered though as it's such a good price

Yes it can, ignore the naysayers. Fuse rating is 13A, aka normal BS plug rating. As long as it is a fused plug it meets all regs.
Voted cold as it's a fan-less oven and then when you open those doors its like opening the gates of hell.My previous fan ovens where a lot more safer to use.

In a word YES

Wish this was on sale last year when I made the mistake of buying the bush but then again it was all I could afford at the time.
Is there a matching hob? How easy are they to install?

Gone for it. My oven is dire. Here's hoping they honour it.

Strangely I have a Bosch pyrolytic oven and that has a 13a plug, just looked online to check and the sellers specs of a Bosch pyrolytic oven says plug fitted. I do know that not all ovens can be connected this way, but had no trouble with ours.

Correct, as long as the spec is within 13A then a normal UK fused plug can be used.

It's not ideal plugging it in but the worst that'll happen is the plug fuse will blow, it even states in the description that it draws 13A and that should be the max.
A 3kw kettle draws almost 13A.
A socket will supply 32A.
I'm a spark.

I would go for Bush over Smeg any day of the week!

To be fair this smeg cleans itself up. It's a toss up!
Fantastic find op, if it's honoured. Very tempted.
Nice find, thanks
Bargain!! Perfect timing for new kitchen! Ive ordered 2 instead of a double oven! What a price! Big thanks!

Think you mean ring main wiring is capable of supplying 32A.
A 13A socket would melt with a 32A load.
I have a Smeg dual fuel cooker, previously I've had Indesit and New World which were all still perfectly usable when I sold them on.

This cooker has been a nightmare! One gas hob doesn't light (after around a year) - Smeg weren't interested when I phoned their Customer Service.

Then the rubber seal around the oven fell off (it's secured in a few places with metal prongs glued into the rubber). So I bought a new one, cost me around £15 and has lasted about a year since the first came off - opened the oven door after cooking and that one too, broke!

I really don't think Smeg are well made or use quality parts. Just my opinion. I certainly wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I take it this is an integrated oven? forgive my ignorance but are all single integrated ovens the same size the way something like integrated washing machines are? we need to replace our God awful Bowden's integrated oven.
