Voted cold. We have an obesity epidemic spreading across this country. The last thing we need is to encourage the fatties further with deals on artery clogging sweets such as this!

Sugar is a form of simple carbohydrate that has a lot of calories. When sugar rapidly breaks down after being digested, your body uses the calories it needs for energy and the rest is converted to fat for storage. This process happens when the sugar is broken down into its simplest form, as a glucose molecule. If the body cannot use glucose immediately, the glucose is turned into glycogen. When glycogen stores are full, the liver then takes the glycogen and turns it into a triglyceride, or fat cell, and it gets stored away in fat tissue.

WOW, how uninformed. And what does sugar do? Cause an insulin spike? Which does what? Increases fat storage? And then? Increased risk of hear and artery disease?

Nothing wrong with consuming fats.
