They came into stock today

Well done for only purchasing one and not being a scumbag. Heat added, £10 over RRP or otherwise.

I don't imagine it would be especially impossible to get around it if you really wanted to.

So well done for not being that motivated/smart enough to try

I've been a gamer for over thirty years and I know how much joy it can bring. I get wound up by ticket touts, I get wound up by scalpers just the same. People taking advantage of other people's enjoyment trying to screw them over for commercial game is just wrong. I'm not saying anyone's going to die from it - clearly that's highly unlikely. But there's enough sh*tty things happening in the world already and so if being vocal and leaving a few comments online helps dissuade someone from doing it so that a few individuals/families etc. get the console they want for Christmas, that seems like something worthwhile doing.

I appreciate it's tempting, especially with the markups these things were getting at first - but maybe it'll make someone stop for long enough to think twice. We've got to look out for each other or things are going to get worse. And that obviously applies to bigger things than a small retro games console. It has to start somewhere.

As far as I know it is £79.99 everywhere like Tesco, Argos, Game and always was. Not exactly ticket touting. Nintendo themselves sell direct at £69.99, may be Amazon I'm not sure, but they never have stock. I got one from Amazon France thanks to a cold voted post on here.
