No - he doesn't.
But maybe you need a few of his braincells to appreciate his logic!

65p is a joke!
Heat added.

:-) Do you not get 4 bars for a Quid at super markets now?

His logic is nuts!!!!!!!!!!! you cant loose more than you spent ,get some braincells yourself.

Don't really see this as a deal, it's a commonly practised technique in most food-selling places, and no guarantee that anywhere else will have had the same batch and have any left in stock - I wouldn't post up any item in the reduced section at my local Tesco, no matter how cheap the half-stolen multipacks are or the pork that expires today is.

Hmm same in my ESSO too! And I love Snickers. But I only had 10p in cash on me and it's too embarrassing to pay on card, so voted cold.

Good deal for others though.

Quit your jibber jabber fool!

Please explain the logic here.

I'm assuming that you are suggesting that he has bought 14 which he wouldn't have otherwise required, and cost that at 65p a bar.

That's as far as I can get though, do you make a loss every time that you go shopping and buy in bulk in order to reduce unit cost? Of course you don't and I don't think there is any economic theory which would support that suggestion.

I also fail to see any premise on which you have calculated the cost to the consumer from a price which wasn't paid.

Calm down!

Have to say not really a deal I could vote hot, short coded food in a garage.....not exactly much chance of me getting in on this unless I lived near said garage....and I doubt they post em.

Jackus

Calm down!

Calm down? I'm interested in the logic he's used to come to the conclusion. If he's right, then its like a brain teaser which I can't figure out!

Calm down about what exactly?

Economic theory states that opportunity cost is: The cost of an opportunity forgone (and the loss of the benefits that could be received from that opportunity); the most valuable forgone alternative.

So if you did eat one a day then you would make a saving by taking this deal, but the opportunity cost would be the cost of the gym membership gone to waste and you getting really fat!

"Down from 65p" LOL!

How can this be hot ??

Its at one store, which are more than likely shifting their old stock which expires next month ???

If someone posted an food item at "reduced to clear" from asda it would be cold ?

EXACTLY

"Not sure if this will be at all garages" - you know very well it won't be!

"Down from 65p" LOL!

I know.. typical UK service station price. Probably a clearout so they can charge upwards of £1 per (slightly larger) bar with new stock waiting in the wings.

Hot for Mr T

How is it "stupid"?It may be 'limited' or 'local' but I see no stupidity.

Heat from me for buying 15 at once, class!
