Saw these today at my local asda in swanley, kent. They are not online and the staff at the store do not know if its nationwide.

They will be useful if the weather turns bad

They are £19.09 at amazon

Snow Trax will give you instant confidence on packed snow and ice. You will feel the same solid grip you are accustomed to feeling on dry surfaces. Snow Trax is made of a special polyelastomer material that easily stretches over your shoes or boots. The highly abrasion resistant steel coils and hard steel spikes will give you hundreds of biting edges on packed snow and ice. The unique, patented design provides added security from side-to-side and front-to-back, for superior traction on snow and ice. Walk safely this winter across pavements, down driveways or anywhere you can benefit from greater snow and ice stability.

Totally different, my B&M has the yellow stud type at ~£4. These are the spring type, not so common cheaply.

had some ones in discountuk (poundworld) but the stretchy ones, with spikes, seen the coils just yesterday in gooutdoors , it says they are yaktrax?.

im not sure if said yaktrax in the leaflet i read though, guess they must be, this is the price with a diiscount card, which i think is £5 a year. i got mine from qvc, all i need now is snow, which will probably never come now we are all waiting for it, and buried under boots, shovels, sledges, and these

GO outdoors have YakTrax @ £13, Asda ones are WinterTrax @ £8. I bought them at Asda a month or so ago as they'll be hard to find once the ice comes.
