Try making a comment on their Facebook page - I've done that in the past when I've got nowhere with the call centre, and somebody has always got straight back to me, presumably so that I'll then go back and comment again about the great service (I play the game and do provided it's got sorted!)

I had lessons in the milton keynes place once.

It was worth doing, great fun

It's obvious this Snozone company would make more money with the dumb(m)asses actually calling the their number!

You can hire jacket and salopettes from MK (presumably same in Castleford) from £5 for the day (think around £10 for both items)

Can you not just hire the clothing from them? If so, anyone know the rough cost?

I've been to the one in Castleford before. They provide the Ski's/Snowboard and a safety Helmet but you'll need to bring your own Gloves (mandatory), Salopettes, Jacket etc.

You get the snowboard or skis and poles, but you will need to take/buy/hire your own clothing. However, if people are learning for snowsports holidays I'd imagine they have all the gear.

Do I need to rent the gear equipment?

No sledging in Castleford available at all

I've just booked at Castleford for Sunday. It showed up as none available for todays date but there is date selection at the top.

I've just risked leaving a few bits on top of the lockers and been fine - ie boots, drink and now snowboard bag. Just take in a £10 note for hot refreshments and leave the phone etc in the car. (Yes, I'm a cheapskate )
I was finding my front thigh seemed to be getting a bit tired on the button lift towards the end when I went on Monday (got myself a set of secondhand snowboard kit on ebay so was getting used to that too) but otherwise ok.

Oh, as far as the locker is concerned, if you're a regular, you can get those 'trolley coins' from various places for 30p-40p each....

Hot price....

brilly

non refundable locker … non refundable locker fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!crazyi obviously dont get out enough as never seen this before

Its the same at Tamworth, but only 20pence !

It has button lifts, which means that you don't have to keep taking your board off like you do at Tamworth or ripping your arms out on the rope pull that they have there.
I live very close to Tamworth but rarely go there because the snow is crap, the best place by far is Chillfactor in Manchester (although I do like it that Tamworth has boxes and a little jump for doing some tricks on)
