For all of those that took advantage of the amazing price glitch before Christmas! (And everybody else too)

Sodastream have the following three offers:

2x 1L bottles + Gas cylinder £19.99 (Normally £30.98) *Best Offer*

Diet Cola + Diet Lemonade + Gas cylinder £19.99 (Normally £23.48)

Cherry + Cream Soda + Gas cylinder £19.99 (Normally £23.48)

Additionally, get FREE DELIVERY when you buy 4 flavours.

Or, for those that don't want very many flavours, just buy the 2x 1L bottles and the cylinder, use the £10 discount, and get it all delivered for just £16.98! I was happy!

MREG10OFF13 - £10 off (new customers only) (I gave the sodastream as a gift and got the person that received the gift to create an account.)

Don't forget Topcashback (10.5%) or Quidco (10%)

I hope that this isn't a one day thing, as can appreciate not very many will benefit as it's nearly 10pm as I post this! Tell your friends quickly!

Free delivery for buying 6 bottles or gas+4 bottles doesn't seem to work after you've entered the discount code for £10 off - seems to be one or the other discount, so voucher effectively gets you £3.01, off as delivery costs £6.99.
- panddda

Just to point out to anyone who has not noticed, when you get sent your order you always get a slip in to send your empty gas bottle back, You get a £10 refund when you send your empty gas bottle back so if you have an empty one this would makes the whole order £6.98 paying for postage and that's about it. Enjoy

The only reason I found them was because I was about to order on Amazon! Was over the moon.

Thank you ordered

Nice deal thanks.

I just placed an order for gas, 2x bottles and 4 flavours
but have been charged £6.99 for delivery

Ill email them to see what happened but on my invoice its been charged.

Excellent, thanks op, been enjoying this new toy, so the gas was never going to last long

What are sodastreams like? Are the syrups nice? Been considering one for a while now

From what I've read some say the syrups are like cheap and nasty soda. Some say they taste even better than the real brands

This soda stream stuff must really taste good, considering the price

Still working

Would help a lot of people out

Anyone impartial with a bit of intellect and discerning taste care to comment?
Thanks.

Soda Stream is excellent - most of the flavours are really good. The only people that don't like it aren't using it properly.

Thanks op

I bought my husband a sodastream for xmas n we love it. flavours so far are lovely. tried to purchase the above deal but apparently they don't ship to NI which is a tad cap so I emailed them to complain. I'm guessing it's coz of the gas but would still like an explanation

*crap - new tablet keeps auto correcting to wrong words lol

great deal, thanks

My final total was £28 odds with 10% off deleted it

Can't get the free delivery to work when I add either 4 or 6 flavours.

They wont deliver to the isle of wight either! frustrating!

Thanks, heated

Id rather go buy 2 l of teeth stripping gear for 50 p why would i go back in time to 1970 and spend 30 quid on a false economy???? Are people just reminisent of a yonder year?

its the same code as the one we used to get the machines cheap.... would they still honor this deal?
...also the Free delivery doesn't work either even with 8 flavours added in the basket

Gave free delivery until I added the £10 off code back in then it charged for postage again.

...Still not sold, never tried a sodastream drink, never been convinced they're any good..."lovely" doesn't quite cover it though the input is appreciated.
We need relative comparisons to things we have all tried...i.e
Cheap nasty pop...expensive branded coke, what about those natural expensive premium brand things like ginger beer...comparisons to those...does it taste like the flavours are manufacturered, do they give a caffeiney hit? etc etc...good lord.
Come on, it's not hard to tell the world if these things are worth the bother.

(Thanks) :))

No free delivery on four kimbo_frog is right.

Dandelion and Burdoch, Root beer, pink grapefruit, irn bru, Dr pepper and the energy drinks are excellent and at £2.99 at argos with free delivery and a vast choice makes it cheaper .than buying ready made. You can make them as strong or as weak as you wish and each syrup makes 12 litres so a lot cheaper than brand named fizzy. The fact you just use cold water cuts out excess sugars too. I would definitely say good value for money to have in (and perfect at parties)

Thanks OP

I like straightforward carbonated water, and my kids love mixing it with ordinary fruit squash. No need for the more expensive flavourings.

I bought my son a sodastream nearly 2 years ago
We tried one of the 12 pack assortments and I bought about 10 syrups when they were on offer from sodastream
My son loves coke and fizzy orange and will drink most brands
However the sodastream coke varieties he didn't like - neither did I - nor the orange
In fact we didn't like any of the other syrups apart from pink grapefruit - which both he and I love
The other syrups - we had lemonade, strawberry, blackcurrant, Dandelion and Burdoch, lemon and lime, cream soda as well as the ones I already mentioned ...and in our opinion they were just, well, disgusting - just really artificial and with a horrible tang. Sorry, can't be anymore specific coz it was a good few months ago and I've tipped them all away now
The coke, orange and lemonade: I did try these 3 a few times in different strengths, but always they had the same bad, bitter taste
Obviously, we haven't tried all the flavours, so maybe we would like some others too

Thanks that was exactly the kind of depth I was after, really concerned with the chemically taste thing. Hmmm think I'll pass for now, was thinking about ordering a cheap machine, on the other hand just some carbonated water would be quite appealing and nice...decisions decisions.

Thanks also...stuck down the middle lol.

Good deal for those who need the extra gas cylinder, but I don't. I don't like the flavours listed either. Found cherry horrible tasting. Wasn't too keen on Diet coke or cream soda either.

If it helps anyone... Sainsburys have the syrups on 3 for the price of 2 (cheapest free) or they did a few days before Xmas. Choices were limited in the store I work in. Not a great saving but but every little helps ;-)

Another question, would it be worth just going for the "cheap" £35 machine?
Any real practical benefits other than the obvious to the fancy ones Vs just the old manual pump thing?

Thanks again,
