And one that can't be detected by radar, no less!

it may look like a bike, but its not - cheap crap, waste of money.

I don't think anyone will be expecting a £1000 bike for £50.

Its not bike snobbery - they just dont work. If you want to spend 50 quid in a bike, get one second hand.

I brought this bike last time it was on offer. I am no bike snob..I know nothing about bikes at all. All I know is that this was one of the WORST things I have brought ever. It was so heavy it made in impossible to cycle up hills (which are many where I live) Maybe if you live somewhere flat that won't be an issue. In the end I brought a cheap second hand bike which is so much better. Hope this helps.

yeah but you'd be expecting it to act like a bike

this wil fall apart after a week and then it wont be a bike, it will be a pile of useless crap which cost you £50 last week

Not a bike snob, but a bike mechanic and I concur with OwenBrown. Second hand is the way to go, not this misshapen bag of bolts. I have seen so many of these bikes in need if repair after a few months use, that invariably need scrapping. So if you are Happy spending 50 quid every couple of months on a bike that makes you look ludicrously cheap, go for it. The real market is parents that want the kids to shut to about wanting a bike, at a price that won't eat into the gags and Stella budget.

My tip would be a late 1980s to mid 1990s second hand emmelle. Not the modern crappy ones, they used to be utterly bombproof, and ride really well! Still plenty around as they were sold in the good old littlewoods catalogue.

Hey I meant fags and stella, unless we are talking a clownbike. Which this bike is I suppose!

I saw a disclaimer on one if these bikes that went "Awesomeness Speed All Terrain Mountain Bike"*

*Not for use on mountains, or at speed. Do not ride off kerbs or perform tricks, for use on road only.

Seems the didn't understand the words speed, all terrain, or mountain. And probably loosely comprehended the term 'bike'.

This thread reminds me how much I hate this world.

That is all.

And yet you read through it. Maybe you would rather make your way hastily into the afterlife. Off with you.

Garbage.
