Your welcome.

The linked listing states "Brand New Random Brushed or polished", so if you specifically want the brushed finish (and don't want to take a chance) then you might have to opt for an other seller. However there is a listing for "Silver Colour Only" from same seller (2nd option here).

I was going to post this one up but it was 30p dearer but they were the same thing, just worded differently and different lighting in the pic from what i could see.

thanks

Just curious but what flints do these use? I know zippo you just take it apart and can put a new one in the bottom but with clippers I've only even pulled out the black sort of stick that the flint is inside, can you put a new one inside that or do you have to buy a new stick? Heat added for the great price

You can unscrew the bottom of the black stick and insert a new flint

Unscrew the bit at the bottom of the stick and put a new flint in.

Ahh, thought it would be something like that but don't have one near me to test it out. That's pretty damn good.

Ordered for part of my dads birthday present, thanks.

Also just so you know, there refills (250ml) are £1.70 delivered, not too bad.

These lighters are great, i'd recommend getting a polished one for £4.00 through another seller on Amazon

No, they're "sleaves".

As a kid I used to run with the wheel along the wallpaper making a trail of sparks and there was the incredible smell of the grinding flint and sadness at the judder when it was no more and the wheel was grinding against just springs and metal.

Anyone else or just me?

These break fast.

no, but i do remember my dad losing about 8 flints by trying to refill a clipper by talking the wheel out and trying to squeeze the flint between the spring and the wheel. he told me about it the next day when i asked how he'd used all the flints. i laughed so hard, i was in real pain.

still amuses me now X)
