The gist of it was that Soltan should not put 5 stars on its bottles. 3 at a pinch.
I recently learned that the UVA star rating is relative to the SPF rating. So a 4* UVA SPF 50 has more UVA protection than a 5* UVA SPF 30...may interest some :o)

yes my dermatologist friend said the same thing. i was going to get this until i see some were of spf 15 only. and the after sun sooth lotion does not work on me anyway....

hot deal, but not for me.
Wilkinson’s do a 5* uva for £3.99 and they are clear sprays not aerosols but pumps and they are also non greasy.
Purchased this for my family last year. Work really well for my very pale son and I. Will repurchase again. Thank you
I can't believe that they are still selling creams/lotions that are lower than factor 30. We're always being reminded that we should all be using factor 50 . Especially Boots who I use to work for.

A Spanish brand as we were living there at time.

I have now had a glance at the most up to date reviews I can find and they suggest that Soltan did respond and fix the product so this should now be a good lotion.
If you use student discount it takes the 10% off the £22 price so works out at £15-£2.20!
Some surprising comments on here. If your skin would normally burn after 10 minutes in the sun, applying an SPF 15 sunscreen would allow you to stay in the sun without burning for approximately 150 minutes. Some people without sunscreen could stay out for over an hour and have no effects, so a factor 15 would allow them to stay out for 15 hours plus. Saying anything but SPF 30 or above is silly because some people who don't get any colour at all with SPF 30 will just not bother on that recommendation and go without, which could be very dangerous. Better to give out the facts and not go by what Boots tell you etc.

11.99 last year for the same pack
Good price but I prefer P20 personally. What's the point of a "once" sun cream like this that you need to reapply after swimming. Defeats the object.

Gutted I didn’t know about this, I had a coupon and bonus points so got about £10 off both sets, but would have loved another 10%
