Despite its small size the UMD-606N is pretty well specified offering 11n technology and all the security you would expect from a regular sized WiFi dongle. The UMD-606N has WEP / WPA / WPA2 and WPS Authentication. Physical size is just 19 x 14 x 8 mm and it weighs just 2 grams.

The UMD-606N is such a convenient compact size; you can plug it into your laptop and forget about it. At this pricesthe UMD-606N is a handy addition to anyone’s laptop bag!

* Ultra compact with latest IEEE 802.11n technology up to 150 Mbps (1T1R) data rate
* 3-times faster than existing IEEE 802.11g/b network
* 20mMHz and 40MHz bandwidth support
* Physical WPS button, PBC support
* Wireless security- WEP64/128, WPS, WPA/WPA2-802.1x
* WMM QoS enhancement

Debit card and Paypal. Trackable

My dongle always gets in the way of other things plugged in and as the reviews say, you can plug it in and leave it as its so tiny. I know nothing about technology but the size alone made me want it!

Found this so far...

I bought 2 of them to test, test was done very fast and glad I bought them! 1 of the reasons is that they are so small, plug in once and use your laptop as you want without having a long stick sticking out with all sort of problems as you can imagine!!!

The software with it is just great, easy to install and nice features. Advise; disable your internal wireless card but leave all as it is and just add the new network, you can then always fall back to what you had before ;-) I am going to buy 2 more... it is very good value for money....

Argh!!! Cold voter here. Was trrying to watch telly at same time. Thought it was a bluetooth dongle, which as we all know cost a couple of quid. Sorry.

Guilty as charged

BIT MORE INFO

The UMD-606N looks like it's nothing more than a tiny nub of plastic attached to a USB jack. Your brain tells you it shouldn't work, but it apparently it does. Inside that tiny enclosure is a full-blown 802.11N WiFi antenna, giving you a throughput of 100Mbps. It's also compatible with all WiFi security protocols, like WEP, WPA and WPS.
