Just 100 minutes + 300 texts for £30 + a month ?

Phones4U / Mobiles2YourDoor offers are better with 700 minutes + 250 texts for £40 a month.

if you need that much then its better for you.

from the perspective of risk, if somthing goes wrong youll loose £480 on a 40/month compared to £360 on 1 30 tariif.
Plus, mobiles.co.uk, unlike other provider, DO NOT invalidate future claims if you missed one claim. Thats relieving

but you dont (have the chance to) get your £10 per month back

i dont see how it compares to the above contract deal?

Also, as those of us involved with Cool New Mobile/Mobile Affilliates will be aware - you are making two contracts here. One that someone owes you money equal to the cost of the line rental to be paid out over whatever period, and a second that you owe the network money. Seemingly, even if one isn't honoured, the second still has to be.

Apparently I should have known that there was a risk it would all fall apart (even though it never had before), I think there's an obvious and worrying risk now.
Mind you, this is the Carphone Warehouse, so hopefully they'll have more to loose by shutting down the offer?

is this carphone warehouse? I thought it was an independant which should usually be avoided.

from their website - apparantly they are - never knew that !

Mobiles.co.uk was the UK’s first retail mobile phone website (launched in 1995) and is now the largest web-only mobile phone store in the UK, processing thousands of orders every month. Mobiles.co.uk is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Carphone Warehouse Group.

The K810i looks like a good choice however I am in two minds whether mobiles.co.uk is reputable. What would you choose Nokia N73 or K810i?
