Where's the 9.99 from?

Banned

you post a deal as £9.99 and do not even have the £9.99 deal in your post.

and you can get much better Ram for around the same price, from more reputable websites.

Cold.

I would appreciate some advice. I have a Dell Poweredge T300 server with 2GB of ECC DDR2 667Mhz ram installed, would the following be a good add-on upgrade?

I think it will be ok although I would recommend opening the server up and checking the existing memory i.e. get the part number, Google it and then cross-reference the specs with the stuff you are buying). In particular check the memory is not fully buffered (FB-DIMM) as my Dell Precision 690 uses ECC memory and it must also be FB-DIMM (which is a pain). Alternatively check the manual on the Dell website. In all fairness your servers specs on the Dell website don't seem to indicate FB-DIMM is necessary hence why I reckon this memory will be OK but please don't take my word for it without doing some further investigation. Good luck.
