Yes apparently works with the game Sonic Generations which is 14.99 on the xbox store. If it was the game I'd have voted hot.
Heat for the add on, but I wish the main game would go on sale. IMHO though it is regarded as a good modern Sonic game - a rarity of itself, I still find £15 for a now seven year old game a bit over priced. Typically boxed copies have also risen in price thanks to it going BC. Much as I love the work MS are doing with getting 360 and original titles working (and in 4K on One X) it really annoys me the way that games that were going for next to nothing suddenly rocket in price as they are added to the BC list.

Not sure what can be done though short of MS releasing the whole 360 library at once so select titles can't get price gouged, but obviously that isn't possible...
Thought this went free a few years back, heat for the reminder though!

Yes, but it used to be a preorder exclusive.

You're basically complaining about supply and demand there though, really. If something is more accessible all of a sudden because of BC, of course it's going to go up. Besides, it'll be in a sale soon enough on Xbox Live.
Currently playing this through again so grateful to pick this up!
Some of the comments here are laughable... won't vote hot unless its the game for free only an expansion.. for free

Really. Also complaining like someone else mentions supply & demand.. its life.. if something is made available such as a once previously popular game.. then yes its going to go up in value... anyway the price is about the same if not less... I watched the live stream on Mixer when MS annouced this was backwards compatible and the cheapest BIN on eBay at that time was £8.95.... the cheapest currently is £8.50 delivered so infact cheaper......

If you want the games cheaper that are BWC you have to keep up to date and try and get them as they are announced... tip, follow good people like @BuzzDuraband's deals, set keywords on HUKD like "backwards" "compatible" "bwc" etc.... I personally check the Wiki page for backwards compatible titles as the info is up to date and useful and tells you everything you need to know including the date when it was made bwc and can be put in date order etc.

Good advice. Personally for me the game is more of a 'nice to have' than a essential purchase as I actually have it on Steam anyway, so probably wouldn't pay much over a fiver considering I'd be buying it again, and if I followed the digital foundry guide: eurogamer.net/art…-pcI could probably get it running better than it does on the One X. But I do like the more plug and play nature of consoles and the fact I can just instantly get better results without faffing about with mods and tweaking settings and such like you have to on PC even if the PC might ultimately give the better result...
