Just to add some one on last up asked does it work with Samsung TV to record from and I replied that on Amazon site it works with all main makes, so delved a little deeper and a comment from some one with an LG TV said it does then another with a Samsung said its hit and miss?
Have had this drive for over 2 years and record on to it from computer to play back to TV with no problems except dropped once and aluminium case came apart , just clipped it back together, still OK.

Ssd?

Nope, you should be so lucky give it a few more years????, just a mere HD.
Do they even produce 320gb hard drive any more? Probably quite old stock?
320GB has it's place if you don't need that much storage and don't want to spend £50+
Anyone know what drives are in these?

Yeah seems handy for storing movies, maybe a bit extra on a console.

Though a 64 gb pen drive is probably handier for my needs!
Can this be used on a pa4

I thought you were being sarcastic at first. I had no idea they were an HD manufacturer.

Why would you want to? It's smaller than the internal drive on a launch system.

Spend a little more and get a 2TB drive.
Yes read it wrong
Would this be OK to hook up to my child's tablet so they can watch movies from it. I'm getting mixed messages from reviews. I don't really want to spend a lot considering it's for an 8 year old.
