    Amazing price but I think I really want Dolby Atmos on the gen 2

    Had both and sent back the Gen 2 due to not really hearing much of a difference and didn’t think it warranted the extra cost.

    Hot hot hot! Got me a refurb of this gen 1 beam about 2 months ago at this price from Sonos direct. Comparing specs vs the gen2, I decided it wasn't worth the extra (£220 at the time) for basically just Dolby Atmos. I'm really impressed with it and my TV viewing has improved immensely. Can really recommend this.

    I bought a Gen 2 and then SONOS has a refurb offer on the Gen 1. Student discount still worked at the time as well so bought it. Compared the two due to wanting Dolby Atmos but there wasn’t really much difference for the extra money. My man math mind decided to send back the Gen 2 and keep the 1 and add some rears.

    I have an issue with this, if I add it to my system then when I play music it doesn’t come stereo but also through the central beam?

    Pop into the Sonos app. There are various music only options available to you, such as choosing what speakers to use. Also in the system section you can adjust the EQ and also the balance between Beam or Surround speakers (edited)

    Loads of these in black at Costco Coventry too, same price. Couldn’t see any of the white model.
