I managed to get 15% off a new Black Sonos Beam (Gen 2) directly from Sonos.
I have 2 Sonos Play 1's registered to my sonos
account which made me eligible for a 15% reduction on selected Sonos products, including the Beam (Gen 2).
This makes the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) in Black the cheapest I have seen.
As of November 2020, Sonos has introduced a new Upgrade Program that allows long-time Sonos owners to buy new Sonos speakers and get a 15-percent discount. This is not a trade-in program; you'll still keep your old Sonos speakers

I believe they also patched the referbs allowing BLC as well but I would be wrong

Just ask the seller. I bought an arc surround set and a beam surround set and it saved an absolute fortune.
The Discount Credit is valid only at sonos.com and will not expire until used. The Discount Credit is single use. The Discount Credit cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special pricing and may not be used on gift cards, refurbished products, or third-party products.
To confirm the above statement from the T&Cs, I tried adding the Sonos Roam to my basket which currently has an offer with £20 off and I am unable to add the discount to that discounted item.
Also seems I have 2 x 30% discounts from two ancient Connect Amps that are still going strong.. so that's £314.30 for the Gen2 Beam. Happy days (edited)
It doesn’t do anything to the beam, it just gives you an upgrade code. So you could keep it if you wanted and continue to use. (edited)

Exactly. Spend around £100 to get an extra 15% off doesbt really make sense unless buying the arc. Good if you dont already own a sonos

So if its registered by someone else it doesn’t matter? As long as it hasn’t been used to upgrade? As far as i knew it only gave you discount on one item?
Correct. As long as the serial number hasn’t been used before with a discount on a single speaker or a set, then it can be transferred to your account. Bear in mind, it will only work with a single purchase. So one speaker or a set (i.e. arc, sub & 2 SLs). The original Play 1 will give you a 15% discount but I opted to get the old Play 5 gen 1.

BLC doesn't work on refurb items anymore, or new products like the Gen 2 is currently.
If u email Sonos directly with your Nhs ID they should gove u a code. This, from experience works on new and refurb items
