Bought at Leeds store, was told it was nationwide.

Bargain for a 32" Sony Internet TV with Freeview HD and a 5 year guarantee. I know it isn't the best TV on the market but for the price you could do a lot worse! Also has USB recording/playback! Also picture in picture mode too.

Why is this so cold, it's the cheapest price for this model and you get a free 5 year warranty too?

Thanks Andy!

What Hi-Fi say's

Backlight inconsistencies; not great with motion; lacks dark-tone detail; aging looks

Voting cold due to the above review

Is there any reason why you couldn't claim £50 cash back after purchasing from Costco?

Looks like you can!

sony.co.uk/res…pdf

That makes it £285.98 with 5 year warranty. Extremely tempted.

EDIT: No idea why this is getting voted cold, anyway cheers OP

They had/have the 40' version for £419 - or £319 after cashback - hotukdeals.com/dea…449

thanks for confirming (and I wasn't one that voted cold - I voted it hot as it's a good deal - they have the 40" version instore for £419 as well, less £100 cashback).

For those wondering about the cashback from Sony, Yes you can claim if purchased from Costco, they are an approved seller and you can pick up a Sony leaflet instore for the cashback as well.

Also, Costco warranty is the best I've come across (even better than John Lewis).

Hi - thanks OP seems a good price - especially with a 5 yr warranty & £50 cashback.
Am considerring buying & wondered about the wireless dongle required to conect to internet. SONY site recommends UWA-BR100 USB Wi-Fi® adaptor which is quite pricey I believe, so does anybody know please if any wi-fi dongle will work with it & if so what's a resonably priced one that will do the job.
Thanks in advance:)

It's been reported on other deals for the CX523 that these work...

If you get the £50 cashback it gets sent on a pre-paid Visa card and you can use it to buy the wireless dongle for £48.50 from Amazon and still have £1.50 change left over

Just picked this up from my nearest Costco, impressed with the purchase and sent off the cashback so only £280 for a Sony Internet TV with an epic Costco 5 year warranty, very pleased thanks OP, can't wait to play COD on this baby!
